10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

My daughter wasn’t feeling too well when I picked her up from daycare. They recommended Little Spurs which is open till the evening hours. My daughter looked miserable and her fever was high so I decided to go there instead of the ER. I’m so glad I did. It was easy to sign up and enter in all the information necessary. The staff is friendly and makes you feel so welcomed. Dr. Laura is awesome. Even though my daughter didn’t feel well, she loved coming in. Thank you staff. I think you really make a difference in care

Last time I came here, my whole experience was a nightmare. They looked like they changed ownership so I gave another try. The experience was so simple. Everyone was easy to talk too and  I had barely any wait time. The women I saw were pleasant and efficient. I was out the door quickly and my prescription was called in by the time I got to the pharmacy.

Urgent care
I got up coughing and wheezing and had called night before to schedule appointment for next morning, since started having problems. I was able to get one at 10 am on Sunday. The only problem I had was the check in on line. I had put in all information and when I went in, they could find where I had already filled out. I had to start filling out the paperwork by hand. Was not feeling well at all, but continued doing what they had me do. The person on front desk said maybe the system was not working right. Other than that I had a good visit. Dr Beene was very empathetic and got a breathing treatment b re fore I left. Great visit, the one administering the treatment was very nice and attentive!!! Thank you 😊 g

Everything was great! The best customer service and bedside manner we have ever received! I wish Dr. Woods was my daughter’s PCP. She was so patient and caring. Even though my daughter was a little nervous she made her feel so comfortable she completely forgot she was at the doctors office. I will definitely recommend Children’s PM Urgent Care to everyone

I went in for a drive-through Covid test. The online consultation was on time, friendly, and quick. The person who did my nasal swab I was very nice and friendly as well. I am grateful that I have access to healthcare. Thanks to urgent care for a positive experience.

Incredibly fast, professional service. The staff, from front desk to the doctor, were all very kind and patient. I absolutely made the right choice in urgent care for my child, and will use them again in the future.

I work in the healthcare industry on the pharma sales side. I understand the business model of Urgent Care Facilities because I’ve visited hundreds of them and have worked with their staff/providers. This one checks all the marks. They are convenient, efficient, and friendly. Their staff was great! I HIGHLY recommend.

- Verified patient on 2/20

Best urgent care place. I never do these feedback surveys. Literally have had 100s of these surveys and have never responded. But after going to another urgent care place because it was closer to my house by 2 miles won’t happen again. You guys are the best. Everyone appears to genuinely care about me. They take time with me. And they get me back to being healthy! ❤️❤️❤️

I came here to get a rapid COVID test because this was one of the only clinics in the area that my insurance would cover. I had an appointment but they were backed up at least an hour. THAT SAID, the receptionist and nurses were so friendly and were working so hard to fit people in for COVID testing amongst their normal urgent care patients. They were quick, gracious, kind and efficient. I am extremely grateful for the hard work of our medical professionals during an overwhelming time. Thank you to this clinic for your services.

- Verified patient on 12/4

For an urgent care, I was expecting longer wait time. But it was the opposite! I probably wait longer at my kids normal care providers office. The staff were super nice and friendly, very gentle with my daughter! Made us feel very welcomed! The dr was very informative, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions! Even though we went for just a covid test, she basically gave my daughter a full check up. We left very happy, and relieved as well!

- Verified patient on 8/29

Waited a bit after being admitted but there were obvious more urgent patients that needed immediate cate. Staff was friendly and thorough; made an effort to make sure I understood what was happening and next steps for my busted big toe. Showed me how to wrap it up properly and gave some guidance on activity levels and healing time. Sent xrays and a report (unlike other urgent cares) home with me for follow up care needs. The nurse was great! Kept the mood light despite my pain level and frustration with having to be there in the first place. He was able to make much needed candid conversation in the stressful situation and took the time to show his true care for my wellbeing. Incredibly refreshing for an urgent care clinic. The kind lady at check in also took the time to explain that PrimaCare also works with VA benefits - being a future mil spouse this is new knowledge and I am forever grateful for her explaining how and what plans they work with. Having to go to an urgent care isn’t a great experience to begin with, but this is the best urgent care experience I’ve had in years!

- Verified patient on 2/28

Best urgent care experience ever. Came for a covid test. The online appt was easy to use and they actually abide by their times! I waited maybe only 15 mins and did the paperwork online ahead of time. Staff were friendly and quick. Plus, the send their PCR tests to LabCorp, which has the newest equipment so the pcr swab doesn’t have to painful. Coming here from now on.

Dr. Hornbeck was very thorough and nice. He made certain I understood my dosing regiment. As always, the staff was friendly and patient and my visit was quick. I highly recommend City Doc Urgent Care.

I had a pain in my side that had been bothering me for two days. My doctor was out of town so I opted to see this urgent care center by my workplace. There were 4 people scheduled but they still say me within an hour. The doctor saw me and suspected gallstone and wrote me a referral to confirm by ultrasound.

This facility is very busy , but they do a really good job of keeping it moving. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend City Doc as an urgent care facility

I absolutely love this urgent care!! My 8 month old daughter had a ear infection that was getting worse. I tried a few places before here, even stopped at Children’s Hospital, but they were completely packed. Found Little Spurs on Google, made an online reservation and left the hospital and I swear I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Doctors were wonderful, along with nurses and front desk! I have recommended them to my mommy friends! My son just recently had to go and same experience. 10/10 would recommended.

- Verified patient on 8/13

Took my son in late evening after work. Was checked in within 10 minutes, taken into the room immediately with zero wait time. Medical office assistant, medical assistant and the doctor were phenomenal! They were extremely attentive and the sweetest, for sure! My son expressed the appointment/visit was a “quick check in with his cool friends in scrubs” who liked aliens as much as he did. Lol! We have absolutely found our new urgent care home.

- Verified patient on 7/14

We had a great experience. The most time consuming part of process was getting all our information loaded into the app. After that, we were connected with a doctor for a virtual visit in just a few minutes. After that, the clinic was able to see us for testing as soon as we could drive there. Everyone we interacted with during the process was pleasant, professional and helpful. We’d definitely use Children’s Health PM Urgent Care again.

- Verified patient on 8/18

So glad I found this place! NO line! Much less paperwork than other urgent care facilities. Receptionist explained things clearly. Got in right away! Doctor was so friendly and gave me accurate and succinct information. I was in and out in 15 minutes, yet nothing was short-cutted (did new patient info, got vitals and strep test done), all the staff were super friendly, I didn't feel rushed and I felt like I got all my questions answered. They don't have a City Doc near me, but this will be worth the drive to go to in the future. Hands down best experience I've ever had.

- Verified patient on 2/8

Me and my friend went there to make Covid travel test required by NYS that we can get back home. The crew was Very friendly and professional ! I feel there like I know those people for long time. I wish to have Urgent Care with people like them hire in NY. I highly recommend this place.

- Verified patient on 12/12

This is my go-to urgent care. I didn't have to wait long and I was very pleased with my treatment plan by Michael Puhl FNP. Phillip gave me a 100% painless shot. He had to show me the empty syringe as proof! My meds were called in, I had a work note in hand and I was on my way. Highly recommend!

- Verified patient on 6/20

Great staff, got you in quick, and great PA. I would have liked the staff to spend a little more time explaining the after care and different things. This was my second time here and I highly recommend. It’s hard finding great urgent care clinics

- Verified patient on 1/21

Such a great experience! Was in and out in less than an hour and got the help I needed after going to another urgent care facility earlier in the week and not getting any help for my sinus infection! Would 100% recommend

How Much Does Urgent Care Cost In Dallas?

The cost of urgent care in Dallas can vary depending on several factors, including the specific clinic, the services provided, and whether or not you have insurance. Generally, urgent care visits are more affordable than emergency room visits but more expensive than standard doctor's appointments. Most urgent care centers in Dallas charge between $100 and $200 for a basic visit, which typically includes a consultation with a healthcare provider and minor treatments. However, additional services such as lab tests, X-rays, or medications may incur extra charges.

What is the cost of an urgent care visit in Dallas without insurance?

For those without insurance, the cost of an urgent care visit in Dallas typically ranges from $150 to $300. This price usually covers the basic consultation and examination. However, as with insured patients, any additional tests or treatments will increase the overall cost. Many urgent care centers in Dallas offer transparent pricing and may provide a list of common services and their associated costs upfront.

Urgent care clinics in Dallas accept various payment methods to accommodate different patient needs. Most facilities accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Some clinics also offer payment plans or sliding scale fees based on income for those who may struggle with the full cost. It's important to note that the final cost can vary significantly depending on the specific condition being treated. For example, a simple case of strep throat might only require a quick test and prescription, while a more complex issue like a suspected fracture could involve X-rays and additional treatments, resulting in a higher overall cost. Many urgent care centers in Dallas provide itemized bills, allowing patients to see exactly what they're being charged for. It's always a good idea to discuss potential costs and payment options with the clinic staff before receiving treatment.
