Booked online, waited about 10 mins. Got seen, they were worried that I needed more care so they sent me to a specialist. I thought that was an amazing way to show me that they care about my well-being.

I recently visited Bellaire ER and they were excellent all around. Miss Ana in the front desk was very nice and helpful. And Dr. Quintanilla was very professional and gave me the upmost care! I would definitely recommend and use Bellaire ER again!

First visit with my child. Waited over an hour passed our appointment to be seen. Office was incredibly dirty. Floors need to be redone, scratched and marks all over walls. Has definitely gone downhill since I used to come as a college student in 2014.

Woke up with flu-like symptoms and did a walk-in visit; I was promptly greeted. A few minutes after check-in, I was called to the back. After vitals, I didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes for my provider. Everyone was kind, prompt, polite, and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Came in with a possible fracture in my foot and was wanting to get an x-ray. Granted, I should’ve realized that they closed in 30 minutes and came sooner. However, the lady at the front desk was SO RUDE. she repeatedly told me that they close soon so they will not have time for an x ray and i should’ve came sooner. then tried to say it would take 4 hours to get the results back so there’s no point. I begged that they please at least just look at it to see what’s wrong and so the front desk lady asked the nurse “do YOU want to stay longer just for an x-ray??”. the nurse did not want to but the Dr came in and said she would do it. So the front desk lady huffed and puffed as she got my paperwork. then as i’m rushing to fill out all of this paperwork (on my phone AND on paper), the front desk lady repeatedly told me to hurry and that i need to get that done immediately. then when i brought her my papers, she told me to hurry back there. as i limped back to my seat to grab my shoe (i had taken it off to show them my foot), the front desk lady literally yells at me to hurry up! that i need to hurry! and i told her “can i not grab my shoe????”. the results from the x-ray ended up coming back in less than 10 minutes. go figure. all in all, the Dr and nurse that took my vitals were extremely nice and helpful. but that front desk lady is the rudest person i have ever met. and i have seen numerous reviews on Google and Yelp about the front desk lady. obviously her attitude and general dis concern for patients is a universal experience.

I have been coming here for years. Staff are great and if you use web check in there is no wait times. If you don't then you are at the mercy of first come first serve and could wait three hours if they are busy. Web check in is the best thing invented.

They understand having no insurance. Very easy to get an appointment and cost is reasonable. I actually like them a lot.

My husband have gone here Many times instead of going to the hospital because they can diagnose almost anything; bedside manner is great; check-in does not take long; girls at the front are very nice; and they have "cured" my husband and I from common cold to bronchitis, to bad sinus infections. Personally, I think they are great!

Urgent Care FAQs

  • What is urgent care?

Urgent care is a healthcare service focused on providing immediate, non-life-threatening medical attention. Urgent care centers treat conditions such as sprains, cuts, burns, and common illnesses and offer a range of services, including diagnostic and preventive care like immunizations and physicals. With an estimated 15,000 clinics in the U.S., urgent care centers operate beyond traditional primary care office hours, offering a convenient and lower cost alternative to emergency rooms for urgent but minor health issues.

  • What is a walk-in clinic?

A walk-in clinic is a type of healthcare facility that provides medical care to patients without the need for an appointment. These clinics cover a range of services such as urgent care, occupational medicine, and primary care with walk-in availability. They cater to non-emergent health issues, offering a convenient option for accessible medical attention. Walk-in clinics vary from free services provided by government, charity, or foundation-operated facilities to private clinics with affordable rates, serving as a practical alternative for minor illnesses and injuries outside of traditional doctor's offices and emergency rooms.

  • Do urgent care centers in Pecan Plantation take appointments?

Historically, urgent care centers were strictly an on-demand, walk-in healthcare service. More recently, as consumer behaviors and expectations have evolved, many urgent care clinics have begun offering book ahead visits, allowing consumers to select a same-day or next-day time that works best for their schedule. Use Solv to find a Pecan Plantation urgent care center that offers advanced bookings (or appointments) and book online.

  • Are Pecan Plantation urgent care centers open after hours?

Yes. Most primary care doctor offices are open during routine work hours, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Conversely, most of the urgent care centers in Pecan Plantation are available after hours, on weekends, and many holidays. Typical urgent care hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm daily, although location-specific hours may vary.

  • How much will an urgent care visit in Pecan Plantation cost?

The cost of a visit to an urgent care in Pecan Plantation varies, with cash prices for the base visit generally ranging from $100 to $175. Additional treatments, such as lab tests, X-rays, or immunizations, can increase costs, typically between $50-150 each. If you're using insurance, expect a co-pay between $20 and $50, depending on your plan and whether the clinic is in-network. Prices differ based on location, so it's best to check directly with the urgent care center and your insurance provider for accurate cost estimates.
