The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

Went to clinic to evaluate flu-like symptoms. I did not have an appointment, the front desk staff, medical staff and Doctor were extremely attentive, easy to talk to and caring. I was in and out within 30 minutes max.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

The appointment was on time. The doctor gave me the right medication to control the infection and posion ivy rash. Doctor explained me in details what to do next to control and alleviate the discomfort. Also gave me hand out about the medication and what to do. This is my new emergency to go.

I was misdiagnosed by the radiologist so technically they should get a 1 star review, but it wouldn’t be fair to the doctor and everyone else who helped me.

Needed a covid retest. Schedule and visit went well. Minimum wait for test and results, with important advice given in person and timely. Friendly staff and interaction. Recommend this urgent care facility.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

My daughter had a pretty deep cut from a razor on her finger. We arrived at 9.20pm and were seen very quickly. The doctor and her assistant were amazing. The doctor was incredibly patient and caring towards my daughter before getting her stitches and sending us on our way. Best urgent care I have been to in the area!

I brought my son in today for a school physical. I was able to make an appointment in the morning without trouble. Andrea greeted us upon our arrival and she could not have been more pleasant! She was efficient in checking us in and so patient as we got all our documents signed. Andrea is the perfect person to have at the front desk. We were called back quickly and had vitals taken by a friendly nurse. Finally, our doctor was a perfect mix of lovely and professional. Her bedside manner was perfect with my 17 year old and she was thorough with his school physical. Great experience all around!

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.
