And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person. Came in for pain with my left shoulder radiating under my arm on my arm and down my left side. Saw Dr.Lynch who was absolutely wonderful.she advised me to get a cat scan and MRI which is scheduled. Gave me a shot and a muscle relaxer started feeling better within a short period of time. The facility is so clean beautifully decorated and the staff were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge. They have long hours which is so convenient. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again it would be here. Thank you

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.
