Staff here is great .. wait time was minimal . Easy to book an appointment, able to see a provider and I was able to get treated immediately. Office hours are great and it helps that they are open late and open on the weekends!

Doctor there was kind of rude and did not wanted to do what I requested like flush out my ears said it was to busy but later nurse did flushed out the wax from my ears great nurse but doctor kind of nasty attitude.

Everyone was so attentive, friendly and caring.Would highly recommend !

Dr various was fantastic. Patient answering my questions and made sure I was able to navigate with crutches.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Check in was easy athe staff wasn't friendly the from desk young lady was great. The medical assistant was hurry and unfriendly. The doctor was good

The lady receptionist was great! She assisted me in getting my prescription when my pharmacy gave me trouble. The male nurse and male doctor on duty were also extremely knowledgeable, hospitable, and clearly cared about patients’ comfort. A big thank you to the team that made my visit seamless!

Check in was very simple and the staff member who helped me there was super sweet! The scheduling process was a bit difficult to do online, I even had to call to ask a few questions as to why the system was asking for certain information. Check out wasn’t as smooth as check in and the other staff member who helped me then didn’t know how to print out a work note and took awhile. Overall, it wasn’t a negative experience, just had some ups and downs.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great
