I had one ear blocked w/ wax, that I couldn’t get out on my own. I just did a walk in, fairly early on a Saturday, got lucky because it wasn’t busy. I have frequented the Next Care on Baseline previously and will continue to do so, as well as recommend for all urgent care situations

This is my favorite urgent care.  They are so efficient and very caring about your concerns.  I appreciate them all very much.  I had a very bad experience at a Banner urgent care a couple of months ago when I was badly hurt from a fall.  They were very rude to me, both nurse and doctor.  I will always go to Gateway.  Thank you.

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

I couldn't have been in a more concerning and uncomfortable position. I was in Phoenix for a work trip and all of the sudden my face started swelling. But luckily, as fate would have it, I came to the right place. P.A. Elizabeth Williams spotted my issue right away. I had an extreme case of sinusitis. She knew exactly which antibiotics I needed. Her assistant, Jose, gave me a shot and I was feeling better within minutes. She really took the time to make sure that I was on the right track, and gave me in depth information as to how I should go about the healing process. She even called me the next day to check in on.me and give me more valuable consultation. In short, The staff here is amazing. Elizabeth Williams is a lifesaver. I am extremely thankful that I happened upon this urgent care location. I'm 111 percent better than I was. And it's all thanks to P.A. Williams.

Able to schedule an appointment online  with ease. Check-in was made easy by filling out forms ahead of appointment. Waited for 20 min after scheduled appointment time but that is understandable and also made clear when scheduling that it’s an “estimated” time. PA immediately focused on my symptoms, prescribed necessary medications and answered all of my questions. All the staff were courteous and competent. I will not hesitate to return if I need urgent care in the future.

Let’s just say, I work for Banner, but this is where I always bring my kids. Every time. Wait was a little long this time around but I could see staff was working as quickly as possible and staying pleasant.

My son was in so much pain when he was being held and too weak to walk that he was screaming they allowed us to wait in the comfort of our car and texted us when it was our turn. They helped make me feel comfortable for how my child was behaving from being sick. Best urgent care for kids, if you can’t get into your PCP.

I truly was surprised at how this particular urgent care handlerd everything … When the assistant did my vitals etc she was very professional and interested in my short story about my health .. I was grateful because since november things have been interesting to say the least (concerning my health). Dr Daniel showed great concern for me and really stressed that if my symptoms worsened to go straight to the er .. He also said to feel free to call them if i had any questions.. In the last 10 months i had kidney removed becauSe of cancer and covid as well as gallbladder removed. up until all of this in my lifetime you could count on one hand how many er/hospital visits i had made .. 4 times including my birth and my kids birth as well as diagnosed with ms .. Soooooo let me just say i appreciate their immediate care as my doc was to busy. ugh. Now if they get my antibiotic ready we can start getting this under control . thank you everyone

Fast and Easy, they’re online portal to book an apointment was full but there wasn’t much wait time for walk in. The Doctors and MA’s were very understanding and patient. I know it’s frustrating with fussy loud crying kids but we thank you for all that you do!

Honestly so grateful for my experience. I have been trying to get my daughter into her pediatrician for 3 days but to know avail. I need to know she was okay, didn’t want to go to the ER, really needed piece of mind. Thank got an appointment with All kids almost immediately. The staff was incredibly friendly, office very. The PA that helped us was incredibly helpful and informative. We had very minimal wait time, I am so happy. Thank you guys.

Referred to ER i feel unnecessarily after a 1 min assessment. I paid a 75 copay for that amd ER would be 250. I will be going to my pediatrician for a second opinion, unfortunately could nkt get my child in today. Felt that additional testing could have been done to rule out other causes. I think some providers semd to ER unnecessarily which defests the purpose of an UC. Also I am a nurse and feel that this was inadequate.

Took my son to get his ears looked at because our pediatrician wasn’t able to see him as soon as we hoped. Even with covid protocols it went fairly smoothly. Waiting in the car with a baby is a little rough, but they got us out as quickly as they could. They took care of him and were so kind to a little baby with a double ear infection.

Took all three of my kids here for a Covid test, thankfully all were negative. It was very quick. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. Even with everything that’s going on the staff was very brave and very comforting to my children who hadn’t had the test done before. They made sure I had a printed copy of the test to take home. I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. Thank you.

We were able to easily sign up for an appointment within 30 minutes. Check-in was seamless. Wait time was minimal. Every one we encountered was helpful and friendly. The provider, Jasma Dydell, was wonderful with us and my son. She explained everything, answered our questions, and demonstrated empathy and kindness. We typically don't expect much from an urgent care visit (whether it's for our kiddo or for ourselves), but this was a really great experience.

- Verified patient on 5/6

Other than all my previous visit with my kids, when I make an appointment I expect to be seen 5-10 mins before or after my appointment scheduled time. This time I waited 45 mins after my appointment scheduled time and I arrive 10 mins early. Even more a appointment that was scheduled after me was seen before me. Was not happy about that. I just needed to vent on this situation and let someone know how I felt. Just do better and keep up the good work you do. Thank for all you do. Thanks.

Second time I bring my daughter on an emergency need. They cared & properly diagnosed my daughters last croup flare up, loved that the doctor educated on us on what to watch out for and all the details. That’s why this time I knew what to look out for. We saw the same doctor as last time she was great once again, bed side manner great with kids & parents. For this time of year I was expecting a longer wait time but the wait time was actually a lot shorter than what they estimated about an hour shorter which was a big relief. I love the care here.

This was our first time in to AllKids Urgent Care and it was a really great experience. The paper work was sent right to your phone and super quick to fill out. We got right in without any wait once that was done. Both the office staff and the medical staff were really friendly. I loved the Dr we saw and she gave us some really good advice on what to do once we left. My 2 year old daughter walked out of there thanking everyone she saw :)

I have gone to this urgent care countless time for kids or myself and always go back but last night the doctor and nurse who treated my teenage daughter were incredible!! She came in for a UTI that was just mortifying for a teenager... I cannot imagine them handling it any better! They made her feel so comfortable and I guarantee they are the reason she won’t be as stressed out to go back if anything ever happens in the future. I cannot thank you guys enough for how you made my daughter feel. You were so kind and so unbothered and that was a game changer for someone her age. I really appreciate you both!

- Verified patient on 5/20

The front desk was nice and helpful, especially for a mom who was nervous getting Covid tests for her kids. The nurse was great (she took the nose swab) and the doc/PA was also absolutely wonderful. During confusing times and when I was unsure where to go for testing, this facility made it all so painless. Thank you!

I had 2 young kids (5yo and 3yo) come in for potential strep late in the day. Yes, we waited for multiple hours, but the nurse who assisted us was AMAZING! She was calm, patient, and made the experience fun. She was knowledgeable about pharmacies opened late nearby and gave me such a nice compliment about my well behaved children. She made me feel safe and heard. Very grateful for her service.

- Verified patient on 11/28

The front office girl was rude as hell she doesn’t know how to greet patients she sucked and I did not care for her!! The medical assistant got my sons height wrong THE DOCTOR WAS AMAZING AND HILARIOUS WISHE HE WAS A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR I WOULD HAVE MY KIDS SEE HIM! Get rid of those other sad people they didn’t smile and looked depressed GIVE THE DOCTOR A RAISE

- Verified patient on 8/4

Well I have never been there personally to see a doctor I’ve had a couple of my grandkids come there and as always they couldn’t of been nicer could’ve been more pleasant and I just want to thank you all for doing such a great job

I went there with my 3yr old son...we had been sick for 10 days with no relief. The front desk staff was so sweet and kind with my son. They made him feel comfortable from the get go. When the nurse took us to our room same thing. Very patient and kind with my son...they were kind to me as well ofcourse. I do feel the Dr kinda rushed us through but it is an Urgent Care and they have many patients to see. He was very fun and made jokes with my son to keep him comfortable. Overall great experience. Was my son's first time visiting a Dr office that wasn't at his pediatricians office and he said he had fun! Thank you guys!

- Verified patient on 10/27

Been going here for almost 6 years when I need or when my foster kids need care right away. They have been accommodating and friendly. They got me in and my foster kid even on a walk in and got treated right away. Appreciate you guys!

Pediatric Urgent Care FAQs

  • What is pediatric urgent care?

Pediatric urgent care specializes in providing medical attention to children facing non-life-threatening health issues outside of traditional doctor's office hours. It's a bridge between regular pediatric appointments and the emergency room, offering a viable option for late-night, weekend, or holiday healthcare needs. These centers work alongside conventional pediatricians to handle mild to serious ailments, ensuring children receive the care they need without the unnecessary stress and often higher costs associated with emergency room visits.

  • Are Chandler children’s urgent care centers open after hours?

Yes, most children's urgent care centers are designed to offer extended hours, catering to urgent medical needs after traditional pediatrician office hours. These facilities occassionally operate as 24-hour children's urgent care or provide night urgent care services, ensuring parents have access to healthcare for their children during the late hours, weekends, and holidays.

  • How much will a pediatric urgent care visit in Chandler cost?

The cost of a pediatric urgent care visit in various cities can vary, generally ranging from $100 to $175 for those paying cash, with most establishments charging between $100 and $125 for basic treatments not covered by insurance. This initial cost usually does not include additional services such as medication, vaccine shots, lab testing, and X-rays, which could further increase the total expense. It's important to note that even insured patients may have to make co-payments. For more specific pricing, contacting the local urgent care you are looking to visit directly.

  • What are common services of pediatric urgent care in Chandler?

Pediatric urgent care centers offer a wide range of services to address common childhood illnesses and injuries. These include treatment for colds, flu, strep throat, ear and sinus infections, pink eye, and pneumonia. Additionally, they provide care for stings and bug bites, allergic reactions, wounds and burns, ingested objects, sprains, and broken bones. These facilities ensure children receive timely care for their health concerns in environments specially equipped to cater to their needs, often enabling a faster and more comfortable experience than what might be found in an emergency room setting.
