I chose this location because of the cleanliness and because it’s past experiences with friendly front desk, staff typically Jesus is very friendly however when I had a question regarding getting my paperwork unfortunately he presented a sarcastic tone, and with an attitude indicated “ you’ve been here before you know the process” I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or overwhelmed with the lack of front desk support however he should be cognizant and care about the impact of his behavior and how he speaks with clients. Maybe a retraining?

Had to wait over an hour to see the PA, but she was very helpful and suggested I go to emergency to have exrays and ct scans done.  Concerned I may have broken the bone on my cheek.  Luckily no broken bones from either test.  Thank you for being concerned!  I’ve gone there before and would recommend this location to everyone, associates are courteous, professional and very caring!!!!

Always easy to make an appointment. Staff is very friendly and professional. I've never been disappointed with the service. The PC who saw me was careful, precise and professional! You can "walk in" or make an appointment, so that's fantastic! Cleanliness is a big plus!

About Professional Ear Wax Removal

Dirt, bacteria, and other small particles that could irritate your ear canal and cause hearing loss are shielded by ear wax. On the other side, too much ear wax can obstruct your ear canal and cause hearing loss. Knowing how to safely and effectively remove ear wax can help you safeguard your hearing and ear health.

Why do we have ear wax?

Ear wax is a natural substance that protects your ears by trapping microscopic debris like dust and bacteria that might otherwise injure them. According to the National Library of Medicine, ear wax also protects the sensitive skin inside your ear canal from water-related irritation (NLM).
