The staff and provider was very professional and friendly. The bedside manner of the provider was excellent. The wait time was short. I used the online appointment service to schedule my appointment. My check in time was convenient. I would recommend this Urgent Care to others. The staff and providers are both efficient, friendly, and professional and with excellent bedside manners.

Took our 2yr old in since she had been sick for several weeks & started to spiked a fever. Got us in earlier then anticipated. They were great with our daughter, making it a calm experience, (even though step & flu tests are awful). Excellent, knowledgeable & kind staff!

I came in with a fever and vomiting and completely out of it. The wait time was alittle long but only because i didn’t have an appointment but i knew i needed to be seen as soon as possible. The staff was super kind and the doctor especially he took care of me while i was there bringing down my fever and treating my nausea while we waited for results. He didn’t send me off like most places with a yes or no covid text. They really care about your well being and make you feel important and not as just another patient. Ran extra tests and took extra care of me. Thank you Nextcare

I had Covid last month and thought I was over it I’m not sure if I’m having residual effects or if it’s coming back or if I have a cold but they said to just keep on treating it with vitamin C and zinc did not receive a Covid test because it might come up negative if it’s too soon is what the doctor said

This NextCare center is my first & only choice for Urgent Care. They are great!

I received excellent care! I was frantically trying to find an Urgent Care open and with walk in space. Another UC ready to close was kind enough to look at availability and recommended you and I was very relieved. I had been there once before and received excellent care both times. Will definitely recommend you in the future! This was free for me as my plan rewards using UC vs. ER. Check in was prompt and easy. Walked in. Nurse and doctor were both positive in attitude and even offered me a tetanus shot.

Wanted to get Covid tested due to exposure. Staff was excellent and got me in and tested in a timely manner, especially for an urgent care setting.

We were surprised we needed to see a Dr. for a cv test.

I ended up in ER, over 12 sutures. My referral from Nextcare Urgent Care, helped me get in right away- the fresh cold pack was great. Thank you.

I had to wait full HOUR beyond my reservation time made day before. Why have time reservations when you let walk ins ahead of me after my time? Only had one doctor - need more on busy Saturday’s!

Everyone was pretty nice and helpful and the nurse and doctors were very nice and knowledgeable and listened to all our concerns and were general with me and the kids!

First time visit. Daughter had been there before. We were a walk in. Wait time was 2 hrs. The staff was friendly and professional. The place was clean & good order. If I have to go to Urgent Care I will definitely pick this one.

I had an overall great experience. The 1 complaint I have is the answering service. It is not right that you have to sit on the phone for 18-25 minutes to make an appt only to be hung up on. Secondly, I took a Covid Test. I received a message 3 days later and was told to call a specific # which I did and again had to wait on the phone listening to a recording. I finally hung up and drove 35 minutes to the office I had the test at. I should have been given a direct # to the office at the time I checked out from the appt.This is poor customer/patient service. Thank you for your time and hopefully you can implement the suggestion offered. Also my husband drove to the office to get the appt for me since I couldn't do it by phone and did not have access to a computer.

The wait was shorter than I anticipated. My granddaughter and I were put in the same examination room for our covid tests, so the wait was even shorter. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got confused with the paperwork and the young woman at the desk got me back on track. Thank you!

The only urgent care I'll ever go to.

This will be my new spot to come to for any ailments. I drive all the way from Benson so that says alot cause this location and staff are worth the trip. Only "complaint" I have would be to offer rapid Covid testing for people like myself who are in management (or are just employed) but can't afford to miss any days "waiting for results" especially when they're probably gonna come back negative 🤞lol.
