I went to the facility for a cold and had to wait over 4 hours so to the amount of people being COVID tested . You should have this section off in 2 different categories at check in . People who are coming in sick should not have to wait hours to be seen. I understand the situation but some sort of separation should take place . Thanks you

I highly recommend this place to go when not feeling well or Covid testing needs to be done. The staff of doctors, nurses and even the receptionist are so kind and polite. The first time I came I had recently lost my daughter and her husband to Covid, so I came to get Covid tested and also because I was feeling terrible with a sinus infection and unexplained dizziness. Their compassion was overwhelming. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and vertigo, the doctor took her time to examine me and also explained how stress could add to the vertigo. Would I recommend this facility, I sure would ! The wait time was less than 15 minutes, I did not feel rushed at all and all attention was on me. So yes yes yes, if you can’t be seen by your primary care doctor, this is the place to go.

The place is clean and staff are courteous and friendly. Wait time is normal and test was fine in a quick manner. Rapid COVID 19 test result was provided quickly. I would recommend this care place to people.

I went twice for a PCR test and a rapid Covid test to have before I went back to school when there was a Covid outbreak and before Thanksgiving day to keep my family safe since I only have one vaccination so far. I walked in both times and the wait time was 15 minutes to an hour which was amazing as a walk-in. Both times they came out with the rapid test within 15 to 20 minutes and my PCR test came back in less than 48 hours. All the staff is extremely friendly and answer to my questions as professional and well as possible. I highly recommend this place compared to other ones that my friends and family have told me about! Thank you to all the staff and the corporation running the place as well as possible!

I Used the Solv app to book my appointment and fill out the paperwork, they made it extremely easy. I went there to get Covid tested so I could go back to school and they were extremely efficient sanitary and timely. They answered all the questions I had thoroughly and we’re extremely friendly along with being helpful. I can honestly say I have been do if you walk in clinics and clinics like this and this one has been the best overall. I would recommend it to anyone and I will be continuing to go there whenever needed

Always a fine experience there when getting covid tested . However I went fir a different reason and my blood pressure was not checked . I was surprised that it was not checked . I believe that’s always part of a visit to and dr.

I overall had a fairly pleasant experience. The doctor was so knowledgeable and kind. The staff at the office was also very kind. However, after not getting better and trying to get in touch with a Doctor; it was nearly impossible. The doctor who I saw at my visit told me to call if I did not get better, but she was not in therefore I attempted to contact the covering doctor. I called 2 times in the span of 8 hours asking if they could call an antibiotic in for my sinus infection. I never received a call back. After not receiving my necessary antibiotics, I went elsewhere are was provided the medication I needed.

This is a great place to come for a Covid test. The staff are always friendly and the office and waiting room are always super clean. I did have a 4 pm appointment and could not understand how they took 3 walk in’s ahead of me. The only downfall.

Ashley at the front desk was terrific. Wait time was reasonable and tech had a calming demeanor. Location was clean and seats, etc., were clearly marked for social distancing. Must note that day was busy and witnessed Ashley expertly and kindly manage all the Urgent Care patients. She was helpful, informative, and professional.
