Got lucky and got a same day appointment. Got seen and out very quickly. Love that the doc was keen on not medicating me where it's not necessary. Very peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this provider.

An appointment was available within 45 minutes and it was easy to schedule.  Waited only 15 minutes (even though they said they were short staffed).  Was done with the appointment within 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly. Everything was clean.  Great place.  So much nicer than the big corporate urgent care centers in the area.   The co-pay is a little more but it is definitely worth it.

Friendly, thoroughly went through all the information needed, and was very sweet to my kids.

I’m a busy working-mom, wife, and parent. I came down with the worse stomach bug. Probably got it from the kids. I couldn’t get out of bed due to symptoms. The Dr was understanding, gave me a life-saver anti-nausea prescription, and told me how to proceed if things didn’t improve. I’m on the mend and looking forward to feeling 100% again.

- Verified patient on 2/23

Did an appointment and was quick and easy. Mrs. Cheryl at the front desk is always kind and courteous. Doctor was very concerned and helped me with my kids.

- Verified patient on 11/20

It was convenient for me to just call in for a virtual visit and work appointment into my schedule between kids activities. The doctor was great and encouraging and helped me quickly.

- Verified patient on 10/23

The doctor was kind, happy, and gave her honest and personal opinion. She was lovely to talk to and I would trust her as my kids’ doctor any time. Thank you!

- Verified patient on 8/20

A little wait time but only by a few minutes (which is great), and the provider I saw was SO NICE!! She was super friendly and chatted with me about my kids while inputting info and whatnot. Great experience, will definitely do this kind of thing again for minor illness and injury.

- Verified patient on 10/2

This is my second virtual visit and I must say I prefer the virtual over in person. We get straight to the point and figure out the issue. My experiences have been awesome! I’d definitely recommend, especially if you’re tight on time and have kids.

Drive thru was great! But some young yt kid with swoosh blonde hair in faded red scrubs was very bossy! Told me I shouldn’t have told them my first and middle name (I was trying to include both bc I didn’t know which they had on file from my previous test..) he was very sassy & smart mouthed! Then, after I got my results (negative), I pulled forward to text family my results *way far away from the drive thru line*** and he come running all the way thru a row of parked cars in the parking lot, taps on my window VIGOROUSLY then I roll it down, looking confused, and he says “um didn’t you get results already?” And I said “oh, yeah? I was just texting, ahaha” and he said “oh ok yeah well we need you to leave.” Like???? I wasn’t in the way at all-no one behind me?! But he wants to run across the parking lot to shoo me out for WHAT? It was funny, he was taking it a lil too serious..like bro don’t you have a test to be running or sum??

This is my second time at this facility and the staff are súper kid and sweet♥️

- Verified patient on 10/17

This was the easiest best experience for medical care. I didn’t have to leave my house- had an appt booked in 10 mins and was seen immediately. This was such a life saver for someone with two small kids at home it!

- Verified patient on 4/18

Everyone was super nice!! The Doc was funny! And Krista at the front desk was amazing!!! My 5 yr old twins were there for a “rapid covid test” (it was negative) The whole experience went smooth and my kids didn’t even cry when they got a swab up the nose to the brain LOL

- Verified patient on 1/19

Dr. Sesay was amazing with the kids. He asked several questions to fully understand my concerns and took a triage approach to solving their problem. Ultimately we had to go in to the office for Covid-19 and strep testing. All turned out negative and he was able to identify what was causing the symptoms. He was great with the kids and made them feel comfortable. He was very thorough in his assessment and explanation. The kids are both happy and getting healthy! Thank you Dr. Sesay.

Dr. Brown was wonderful and engaging to my autistic daughter. Even showed her her dog, which made my kiddo’s day.

- Verified patient on 9/15

The staff and nurse were fine but the NP could have done a bit more assessing to be honest. She just looked at me like she didn’t believe a thing I was saying. All I wanted to know was what was wrong with me. Why it was going on for so long if it was a kidney stone? I was glad the clinic was open so that once the pain I was having subsided enough I had somewhere close to go with a much shorter wait time than the ER. Lower wait time means less exposure in a time like this.

- Verified patient on 1/17

Wait time was over 45mins which is certainly not preferable... But WAYYYY shorter than me loading the kids and sitting in the waiting room onsite. So overall, fantastic service.

- Verified patient on 7/29

Dr was very friendly interacting with my daughter and myself. She was also very knowledgeable. Would love to have her as my daughter’s pediatrician.

- Verified patient on 9/17

The server was down and the care provider still found a way to complete my visit. She was at home and had to write down everything with no access to her software. She even called in by prescription, which was ready within an hour. I have two kids under 4 and an in-person visit would not have been possible. I am very thankful for this service and will definitely use it again.

- Verified patient on 9/19

Super attentive and insightful PA! I didn’t realize what a convenience and service I was missing out on with Solve. Thank you for saving me a trip to urgent care + pediatrician over the weekend and during a pandemic. Our family are now customers for life!

- Verified patient on 1/30

Came first thing in the morning with all 3 of my kids, staff was very friendly and we didn’t have to wait long. Bedside manner was good. Would go again if I need to seek care.

- Verified patient on 8/20

Considering how short staffed and overwhelmed health care providers are, they were exceptional. We saw Richard for my two year old and he is excellent with kids with wonderful bedside manner. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you.

Pediatric Urgent Care FAQs

  • What is pediatric urgent care?

Pediatric urgent care specializes in providing medical attention to children facing non-life-threatening health issues outside of traditional doctor's office hours. It's a bridge between regular pediatric appointments and the emergency room, offering a viable option for late-night, weekend, or holiday healthcare needs. These centers work alongside conventional pediatricians to handle mild to serious ailments, ensuring children receive the care they need without the unnecessary stress and often higher costs associated with emergency room visits.

  • Are Snellville children’s urgent care centers open after hours?

Yes, most children's urgent care centers are designed to offer extended hours, catering to urgent medical needs after traditional pediatrician office hours. These facilities occassionally operate as 24-hour children's urgent care or provide night urgent care services, ensuring parents have access to healthcare for their children during the late hours, weekends, and holidays.

  • How much will a pediatric urgent care visit in Snellville cost?

The cost of a pediatric urgent care visit in various cities can vary, generally ranging from $100 to $175 for those paying cash, with most establishments charging between $100 and $125 for basic treatments not covered by insurance. This initial cost usually does not include additional services such as medication, vaccine shots, lab testing, and X-rays, which could further increase the total expense. It's important to note that even insured patients may have to make co-payments. For more specific pricing, contacting the local urgent care you are looking to visit directly.

  • What are common services of pediatric urgent care in Snellville?

Pediatric urgent care centers offer a wide range of services to address common childhood illnesses and injuries. These include treatment for colds, flu, strep throat, ear and sinus infections, pink eye, and pneumonia. Additionally, they provide care for stings and bug bites, allergic reactions, wounds and burns, ingested objects, sprains, and broken bones. These facilities ensure children receive timely care for their health concerns in environments specially equipped to cater to their needs, often enabling a faster and more comfortable experience than what might be found in an emergency room setting.
