Half way through my appointment, the fire alarm went off. We all had to be evacuated. I had been putting my appointment off for the issue for a year. I finally scheduled it, and boom... you gotta go (lol). It wasn't their fault though. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything.

I was third in line (2 people ahead of me) and somehow i was waiting for 2 hours and then once i was finally back, it took another hour. I don’t understand how seeing three people took three hours. Provider was fantastic but wait was atrocious.

I woke up with terrible body aches and sinus infection symptoms. I walked into the urgent care and was greeted kindly by a staff member. The wait was a little long but otherwise seem less as I could tell where I was in the queue the entire time. I would highly recommend this urgent care because their staff are kind, make jokes and know how to make someone’s day even when they are sick.

Was directed to go to AFC which is in my neighborhood. Walked in and was greeted by two of the staff that was very friendly and helpful with the check in process. Atmosphere was clean and well put together. I was attended to right away. My prescriptions were forward to pharmacy. I found that all the staff and the provider were very professional. My time there was about one hour. Highly recommended and I am glad to know they are here in my neighborhood.

Came to the office on Sunday when my right eye was swollen, red and painfull and realized I had a red bumpy Rash on the bridge if my nose and it was painful under my glasses. Had headaches. Waited about 2hrs to see the staff. Staff was courteous, but it was a long wait to see the assistant and Dr. After giving symptoms to assistant, sge gave me an eye test naming the letters. The Dr. came in a few mins later for about 10 mins just looked at me and said I had shingles/herpes virus and it infected my eye and I need to see my eye Dr. Mon. Because it can cause blindness if not treated right away. She sent RX to my pharmacy and said goodbye.

Had possible signs of a UTI. Made an easy appt. On line for later in the day. Check in was easy at site and staff was very friendly! Waiting was about 30 minutes as there were people ahead of me. When was called to see Dr. he was very attentive and caring as rest of the staff there. They did a urine culture to see what med would help me and called it in to my pharmacy;it was ready in 30 min. About Alcohol Testing

Alcohol Testing is a diagnostic test used to detect the presence of alcohol or its metabolites in a person's system. This testing is commonly performed for various reasons, including monitoring alcohol consumption, ensuring safety in certain workplaces, and assessing compliance with alcohol-related legal requirements.

Who Should Get Tested

If you reside in Staten Island, New York, and are required to undergo alcohol testing for employment, legal reasons, or personal reasons, Alcohol Testing is recommended. Employers, law enforcement agencies, and treatment programs may use alcohol testing to monitor alcohol use and enforce sobriety.

Types of Alcohol Testing

Alcohol Testing can be performed using different biological samples:

  • Breath Alcohol Testing: Measures the concentration of alcohol in a person's breath using a breathalyzer device. This test is commonly used for roadside alcohol testing and workplace alcohol screening.
  • Blood Alcohol Testing: Analyzes the alcohol concentration in a blood sample. Blood testing provides a more accurate and precise measurement of alcohol levels and is used in certain legal and medical situations.
  • Urine Alcohol Testing: Detects the presence of alcohol or its metabolites in a person's urine. This test can identify recent alcohol consumption but may not indicate current intoxication.
  • Saliva Alcohol Testing: Determines alcohol levels in saliva samples. This test is less common but can be used for on-site alcohol screening.

Interpreting the Results

Interpreting Alcohol Testing results depends on the type of test performed and the established cutoff levels for alcohol or its metabolites. A positive result may indicate recent alcohol consumption, while a negative result suggests sobriety at the time of testing.

Following the Test

If Alcohol Testing indicates the presence of alcohol above the established cutoff levels, consequences may vary based on the context of the testing. For employment or legal purposes, positive results may lead to disciplinary actions, legal penalties, or the requirement to participate in alcohol education or treatment programs.

Alcohol Testing is an essential tool for promoting safety, enforcing sobriety, and ensuring compliance with alcohol-related regulations in various settings.
