I have seen Elizabeth Bilancione, FNP on several occasions, including today, and she is the kindest, most caring provider you have on staff. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, never makes me feel rushed, and treats me like I am her only patient. She also explains everything thoroughly and makes recommendations, but she always makes me feel like I have a say in my treatment plan. If she was in a primary care practice, I would definitely want to be a patient of hers. You’re lucky to have her on staff!

Took mom in for a painful knee after a fall the previous day. Place was pretty busy but check in was easy. I was still surprised how quickly we were seen. Staff, doctor and techs were all great and very thorough. Top notch care facility.

Worst wait time ever, not sure why, knowing it's a busy day that you would only have 1 person working. Unsatisfactory.

To the Owner: please remember that your front line people represent your Center as a first impression. If you call and the receptionist gives you a negative attitude bbecause you asked a question that required more than a yes or no answer, she sighs and says "ok, I'll check" you already get the impression that this is not a top notch Center willing to find the the information you are requesting without sounding like it is an inconvenience. Is an online check in a feature you offer? I cant tell. Your web site mention in one ad but not another and your staff doesnt mention it. Your front line people must be equally receptive to telephone and in person inquiries. They need to realize that they work for the patient and family foremost. Also, if you have been referred to an online schedule to see which doc or PA or NP is working, then it should be much easier to locate and it should be user friendly to decipher. It is not difficult to design a simple staff schedule intended to assist patients rather than one designed for staff. Since you are listed as primary care, your patients should be able to find out if "their" doctor is on duty, quickly and easily. With a few changes, your Center could be consistently rated 5's. I have been a nurse manager most of my career so I hope you see my suggestions in the positive light they were intended. A little privacy at the check in desk would also be appreciated by most patients. Thank you for providing space for patients & families to comment.

About Alcohol Testing

Alcohol Testing is a diagnostic test used to detect the presence of alcohol or its metabolites in a person's system. This testing is commonly performed for various reasons, including monitoring alcohol consumption, ensuring safety in certain workplaces, and assessing compliance with alcohol-related legal requirements.

Who Should Get Tested

If you reside in Folly Beach, South Carolina, and are required to undergo alcohol testing for employment, legal reasons, or personal reasons, Alcohol Testing is recommended. Employers, law enforcement agencies, and treatment programs may use alcohol testing to monitor alcohol use and enforce sobriety.

Types of Alcohol Testing

Alcohol Testing can be performed using different biological samples:

  • Breath Alcohol Testing: Measures the concentration of alcohol in a person's breath using a breathalyzer device. This test is commonly used for roadside alcohol testing and workplace alcohol screening.
  • Blood Alcohol Testing: Analyzes the alcohol concentration in a blood sample. Blood testing provides a more accurate and precise measurement of alcohol levels and is used in certain legal and medical situations.
  • Urine Alcohol Testing: Detects the presence of alcohol or its metabolites in a person's urine. This test can identify recent alcohol consumption but may not indicate current intoxication.
  • Saliva Alcohol Testing: Determines alcohol levels in saliva samples. This test is less common but can be used for on-site alcohol screening.

Interpreting the Results

Interpreting Alcohol Testing results depends on the type of test performed and the established cutoff levels for alcohol or its metabolites. A positive result may indicate recent alcohol consumption, while a negative result suggests sobriety at the time of testing.

Following the Test

If Alcohol Testing indicates the presence of alcohol above the established cutoff levels, consequences may vary based on the context of the testing. For employment or legal purposes, positive results may lead to disciplinary actions, legal penalties, or the requirement to participate in alcohol education or treatment programs.

Alcohol Testing is an essential tool for promoting safety, enforcing sobriety, and ensuring compliance with alcohol-related regulations in various settings.
