Woke up this morning feeling worse than I did yesterday. Made an appointment at the earliest time I could go, and my daughter was able to make an appointment right after mine for herself. Scheduling and check-in was super easy. The staff were very efficient and helpful. They figured out what was wrong with us within a short time. Definitely would recommend McCoy and her team.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I went in for TB skin test and the receptionist was very friendly and the nurse who administered the test was very good also. The wait time was short and overall a great experience, though I don't like getting stuck with a needle I left feeling taken care of!

My baby girls nurse Whitney made her feel so calm and at ease with the testing they needed to do. It’s hard for children when they don’t know exactly what’s going on but Whitney made it seem like it was no big deal & the process went so smoothly. Thank you to the angel of a nurse.

My daughter and I both were tested for covid and I ask for diagnosis for other possible sickness. I received x-rays and was given medication for pneumonia. My daughter has the very same symptoms and the doctor never even listened to her lungs and she received no medications. There are anti-virus medications and I believe it is a crime that none can be prescribed by doctors because they are a cure that would prevent a vaccine

The whole experience was amazing. I dread doctor’s visits - between the cost and typical subpar care, I go as a last resort. Today wasn’t any different; I was not looking forward to the visit. However, everything from start to finish was great. I scheduled the appointment online. The front desk manager, Robbi, was phenomenal. Check-in was a breeze. The wait wasn’t long at all. They may have been MAYBE 10-15 mins off from my appointment time. In their defense, I was advised to show up 10 mins early, but showed up right on time. The NP, Scott (Richard) Savage was awesome! He explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. I’m sure I was rambling but he listened and addressed all of my concerns. Oh! Can’t forget the lady that took my nose swab for the COVID test - I can’t remember her name. But, she was great as well! Overall great experience. I won’t visit any other Urgent Care clinic!

Today I was in a hurry to get a TB skin test. The waiting room had a few people and was increasing as I sat waiting. Wait time was excellent, Tammy got me checked in quickly, was super friendly and efficient. I was back to a room, and the test administered by Kendra and she did fantastic!! All within about 30 minutes and it was great!! Keep up the good work, you guys were awesome!!

Im very thankful for the urgent care staff! From covid testing to being seen for an actual need they have always been so helpful. Tamra at the front was very sweet, my LPN Whittney was fantastic, and the APRN sara was so nice. Very Caring people.

I waited 6 hours and 45 minutes in the parking lot to get a Covid test. It’s a holiday and other local testing sites were closed so they were overloaded. But, that didn’t effect the staff. They were genuinely friendly and very caring. They didn’t hurry me through. They took their time with me once it was my turn. The place was soooo clean and they sanitized very well between patients. I’m glad I went there.

I came in with a sore throat and a lose of voice. Assuming I had COVID or strep I decided to go to Baptist Health Urgent Care on Zero Street, Fort Smith AR. The nurse who took my blood pressure and swabbed for test was very nice. Sadly I didn’t get to catch her name. Though the nurse practitioner Scott was amazing during my appointment. He was very friendly, caring and professional. Unfortunately I was confirmed positive with COVID and there isn’t much you can do with a viral infection. He was nice enough to prescribe me some medication to help with my aching sore throat. The only downsides to my visit today was the wait time but when you have so many people walking in, you’re expected to wait longer. Also, the app seems to be glitched out, after I checked in I could see the wait list and what position I’m in. The app decides to not give me the link to check on it after an hour or so past. All in all, I had a wonderful experience. A reminder to all the health workers that you’re doing an amazing job!

Waited in vehicle for FIVE hours for Covid test. The waiting time was not updating so I was worried if I left...they may call me. But staff was very friendly and professional. I know they had a long day too.

I went in to get tested for Covid & the flu. The facility seemed clean & well kept. Wait time was minimal. Everyone was super friendly & answered all my questions. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. Now I wait for the bill 😅 Anyway, best care I received since moving back to FS. I would highly recommend.

They just want to move you on. I was only tested for Covid when I should have been tested for flu, strep, etc. Considering they all have the same symptoms. These people just all "assume" you have Covid.

- Verified patient on 1/27

I have a cough, possibly bronchitis, but felt I should be tested for Covid 19 and this is one of the few places to be tested without an appt. The staff were all very professional

I just left this urgent care after being sick for a good week. The staff took Exceptional care of me. But my LPN Whitney was absolutely the most amazing person and nurse I’ve ever encountered. She made sure I was comfortable and real just made me feel like she cared. Everyone knows with this COVID stuff going on going to hospital or urgent Care your kinda just ran thru like cattle at an auction. But not here so if you don’t feel well or need a COVID test go let Whitney LPNand michelle NP take care of you

One of the best experiences at a walk-in clinic I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly and calmed our fears when we came in for our COVID tests. We will most certainly use this clinic for any following urgent care needs.

My Wife & I had a good experience overall. We made appointments online & checked in when we arrived. We then had to wait about 20 minutes in the car. It was only about 10 minutes until the nurse came in once we got in the room and we got the tests that we came in to get. What took a long time was waiting for the Practitioner to come in and follow up on the test & examine is.

It was packed due to covid testing, but they were as quick and thorough as they could be. The place was very clean and professional. The staff were friendly and very dedicated to their work. Would highly recommend.

I was having difficulty obtaining a COVID test. Finally called Baptist hospital and reception recommended Urgent Care. The staff was wonderful and I will definitely recommend Urgent Care to others. They were efficient, kind and relieved my anxieties.

Great care always. I use them quite frequently for the needs my daughters PCP is unable to get to in a timely manner and they are ALWAYS nice & efficient. Check is very smooth & thought out. Mary is always sweet to my girl. Definitely recommend. Wait time is long currently but that’s because there’s 100 people needing to be tested for covid there & they can only go so fast. When it’s not covid season the wait time is always very minimal!!

- Verified patient on 8/22

Arrived shortly before closing time. The staff took care of my needs regardless of the time. I was given a very thorough exam. I was told when I would be contacted with the test results and told to call if I had any problems.

- Verified patient on 4/21

Haileigh at the front desk was very polite. Check in was super easy. Having the covid test by the nurse Whitney was the gentlest test ever. She was very patient and I appreciated that as I honestly feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. Her calm demeanor is very soothing. Hope to be on the mend soon.

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
