Was bitten by a cat on hand and had bad swelling and pain, the wonderful doctor(I'm so sorry I can't remember her name!!!! She was on duty 12/3 at 2pm!!!!) had really kind and friendly bedside manner, didn't make me feel ashamed for getting bit. She showed me what cleaning solution I should use, quickly diagnosed me with cellulitis, got me a tetanus shot stat, prescribed everything I needed very quickly. The nurse who administered my shot was quick, kind, and nooooo pain!!!! Wonderful! I was so happy and comfortable ! The only complaint is I was able to hear everything going on right next to me, as I was placed in an open space with drapes/dividers(?) and I could hear every detail about the poor guy who had stitches in his face. I feel like that's a violation of privacy and HIPPA? Nonetheless, not much you can do about that, and I appreciated all the care I got!

I went in with severe pain in my ears. I booked an appointment with ease. The receptionist was very, very knowledgeable of her job which expedited less wait time. The receiving nurse was very nurturing and caring. She treated my illness like it was her own. The Nurse-Practitioner's knowledge was exquisite, and displayed zenith medical knowledge.
