So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

I tried to schedule appointment on line. For whatever reason, when I arrived for exam there was minor confusion. I have used A+ few times in past years, but it got resolved and the staff were patient with my dilemma. The nurse practitioner was very nice and explained patiently. I do recommend this urgent care office.

My little and I needed to be seen after both feeling sick the last few days, we first made an appointment at another facility unrelated to this facility and they ignored our appointment and stated the wait would be 1-2 hours so we left and came here….Best decision I made that day was to come to this office. Not only was the office clean and ready to see patients but the doctor was great with me and my little one as well as his amazing staff. This place made an urgent care visit while feeling terrible, so much better than it should be. I live in Hemet/French Valley area and I will gladly travel here for our visits in the future. Being able to make an appointment and being seen in a timely manner is a huge plus. Carbon Health in Los Al is my go to Urgent Care as it is for several of my friends. I was greeted with kindness and was checked in immediately. Time from start to finish was about 1 hour. Kudos to Team Sarah, Mony, Bryan and Destiny in their team approach for taking care of us!

I was feeling faint/weak so when I walked in, the receptionist got me to an exam room immediately. The Dr. and his assistant really listened to me and preformed each test I asked for. Very thorough and great staff. I have come another time when I wasn't feeling well, and would come back again if I don't feel well.
