I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Scheduling was easy through the Solv app; Check-in was quick, and staff was friendly. Everyone had a great attitude. The PA was great. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and clearly explained the diagnosis and treatment options. Very good experience all around.

Sore throat and cough brought me in, and I was pleased to get quick attention and will be picking up my prescription shortly. If only all visits to Medical Centers could be so smooth!

I did not feel well for a few days and then woke up with a terrible sore throat and no voice.  I was able to make an appointment that morning and was in and out quickly with a prescription called in.  The entire office was so nice and I’m feeling much better a couple days later.

I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I had a cough and wheezing for several days that didn't seem to be getting better. Made an appointment online and went in with little to no wait time. The check in process was easy and speedy. The NP explained her treatment plan to me thoroughly. Will return if I need to go to Urgent Care.

I love using this place. They get me in and out quickly and the staff are very friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I greatly trust their expertise.

Went for flu test and queso about husband’s flu. From walking in the door until I left, all service by all staff was excellent. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. That’s why I came back for the second visit!

My daughter hurt her knee, needing an x-ray. Walked in at 8:38 at night. They closed at 9 but they took us in and took care of her, staff stayed till 10. So much appreciated it!! Wonder staff!!!
