Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Lexi was AMAZING! SUCH A KIND and sweet soul! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had a really bad experience at the AFC on Colfax (stay away from there). I called her and she told me to come right in! This is the service one would expect at a medical facility. Thank you so much for helping me get my Covid test quickly! My proscriptions were never ordered so my care is substantially incomplete. Left a VM. No response. Not a good experience
