I was able to schedule an appointment for my child with ease and no hassle. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The wait time was reasonable, and the medical assistant was professional during her part of the visit. The nurse practitioner came in quickly, but my concern was that she seemed to jump to a diagnosis without examining my child thoroughly. It felt like I had to advocate for her to actually examine him before prescribing antibiotics, which was unsettling as a parent. While the process was efficient, I feel there needs to be more empathy and thoroughness in patient care. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facility could be improved. They have potential, but attention to these details would make for a much better experience.

I’m concerned that no one asked what meds I was taking before I was given 4 different drugs. I’m hoping nothing bad happens. I have a dr appointment with my primary care Friday to make sure. Also no side effects were discussed with me and I had serious diarrhea after. Almost went to emergency.

The check-in was easier than expected, the staff was so great, friendly and helpful. My  son and I received very empathetic care. Very thankful.

I had the lucky experience of being the only patient there when I urgently needed to be seen. Front desk, MA, and the NP Kara were all great. It couldn’t have gone any smoother!
