Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. I was allowed to schedule an appointment for 7:10 however when arrived they were closed. Stated that they close at 8, therefore last patient is at 7pm “because they needed to mop and sweep the floor.” Very unprofessional. Perhaps don’t allow patients to schedule appointments at 7:10 if the last patient can be seen at 7pm. Also it may be helpful to update the online appointments so it accurately reflects window of availability.

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes.
