I was told the wait was about an hour.  I asked if I could wait in my car that was parked right outside.  With some hesitation the front office person said yes and that they would call when they were ready for me.  About an hour later she texted me letting me know they were ready.  I immediately walked in (30 seconds after the text).  I then waited another 30 minutes to be seen.   It sure what happened here

Woke up Thursday morning and my hand was paralyzed. I called my hand surgeon but couldn’t see him until February 4. Really worried late Friday and before I went to ER wanted some guidance. Not my normal Urgent Care provider but very satisfied with them.

I went to this office on Tuesday, for an ear infection after 24 to 36 hours. I was not seeing any results from the eardrops that was prescribed. I called to see if I could get a different type of eardrops and antibiotics that was prescribed however, I was informed that I had three days so I was replying in my three days. I was told that I would be charged again for a co-pay because the practitioner that treated me would not return until the following week, which would mean I would be out of the three day grace period I was told it would be sent to a higher chain of command to see if they would treat me with other drops I have yet to hear anything. I will never go back here. I don’t recommend. I was never given release papers to begin with and they want to charge me for another co-pay, which is $60 to begin with. I could see if it was for a narcotics or something different but for an antibiotic and an eardrop is just wrong. Everybody is out to take your money, no matter whether they supply you with treatment that works or not.

Sean Curry was so kind and so nice. Same Kiri Rexroad. I do really appreciate the value job with my worries about my illness. Pretty clean room and easy access. Thank for being awesome.

I got a prescription to go to Seneca Walmart but when I got there the pharmacist told me he had tried to call the AFC Urgent Care Bon Secours Clemson many times to tell them Walmart pharmacy does not carry that med. No one ever answered so I didn’t get my med. I tried calling all afternoon but no one answered.

Had GI problems for three days. I was able to get in quickly, staff was awesome. The provider was awesome. We are from out of state. Thank you all so much.

I woke up yesterday feeling ill was hoping it was a cold turns out it was not. Was able to get in within 15 minutes of scheduling. The team was amazing and super friendly and had me taken care of quickly.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were very helpful and friendly. They were also very professional in their conversation and procedures. The visit was a an excellent experience.

I have felt bad 5 days    Was concerned about pneumonia.  Waited maybe 10 minutes before being called back.  Place is spotless.  Staff was kind.  The Dr was very thorough and she listened to what I had to say.  I was very pleased and will go back when needed.

I have a doctor I seen but if I have to see them with a problem like yesterday with my problem there not very helpful 2 weeks ago gad a issue with my stomach sent in a rx and this was to help my stomach she never sent it in by the time it was approved I didn't need it so from here on out I rather pay 45.00 to get good service and care

I’ve been having a sore throat and a low-grade fever the last couple days, and decided to go to AFC Urgent Care to determine what I was sick with. With no appointment, I checked-in and was in the back room within two hours, and walking out around 30 minutes after that with my prescriptions already sent to the pharmacy. The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. I never felt like a number or rushed out. Dr. Hull and the young lady who attended to me coming and going out were very kind and professional. Dr. Hull even made a follow-up call after I just left the facility, because she was concerned about my high blood pressure. She added another prescription to my original prescription order to address that concern. Overall I had a very good experience, and highly recommend this provider.

All was good except for the wait in the exam room.. I waited 1 hr not knowing why didn’t appear to be that busy but not for sure .. just would have been nice for someone to keep me informed why I was waiting so long.. staff was very nice, exam was very good .. all in all it was a good visit…and yes I would recommend this place one of the better ones… thanks

It went very well the staff were very professional! They helped me with blood pressure medicine because my Bp was high   I don’t have insurance the staff helped me get medicine 90 day prescriptions
