Staff were truly amazing and super helpful and eager to help in any way possible. Cool check in progress with the phone app option with staff very nice and helpful.. Took great care of me.. I’ll be honest. I drove around for over an hour went to 4 other places and called a couple more as I did not have insurance so was trying to save a few $ even though they had great reviews and were right around the corner from my house. Well after 6 places still came back and am super thankful I did as even though my issue isn’t life threatening or anything still painful, who’d have known ribs were so painful… Would for sure recommend and would go back. I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein, they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.
