The attending doctor was very efficient and understanding.  I ended up with an injection that stopped severe itching within 15 minutes of leaving the facility.  Her decision was right on.  I found the entire staff to be very warm.  Excellent health care.

I am from out of state visiting in the area. I chose this facility from reading the reviews and roughly knew the area of the location. I made an online appointment. From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. I’m this day and age and just visiting with having an unfortunate reason to be seen/treated I was completely satisfied. A little more pricey than I expected but what can I say? Thank you just the same for your professionalism.

Friendly Staff

Booked a 4:00 appointment but waited 50 minutes. Everyone was very nice. But, the bathroom had a bunch of red residue from tape or something else all over

My son who is autistic barely tells his symptoms.  I was able to make an appointment with ease using the App and got an appointment for the same day I needed it.  Dr Fung was very nice and understood my son's condition.   We waited almost nothing.  I highly recommend this place.

Came in for an appointment and was seen almost instantly. I had to wait no longer than 5 minutes which is extremely quick compared to other offices I been to. The staff is very friendly and helped answer any questions I had. And scheduling an appointment is very easy it only took a few minutes to upload my information. I would definitely recommend this provider!

Friendly Staff

Wait time was good, got in at 1:40pm for my 1:30pm appointment. Staff was friendly and explained things to me. I did kind of get the impression that they were tired of me because I was trying to ask clarifying questions to make sure that later on I will not be thinking about the questions I was afraid to ask :P. It’s very easy for me to just accept what I’m told, and not ask anything, but I’m trying to learn to advocate for myself because it seems like that’s what is needed in healthcare. But I could tell they were definitely getting tired of me asking my dumb questions and just repeating answers they already gave because I was obviously didn’t hear it the first time. I probably need to work on my communication skills because I don’t feel like either of us felt like we were getting through to the other person. It felt like we both felt like we knew what the other person was saying and that they just weren’t willing to hear it.

I tried other clinics like CVS minute clinic not professional and hard to understand language barriers from the caregivers that we’re not doctors that could not show me a professional exam. so , I went to you guys which I was given a five stars exam a professional doctor in a man that has years of wisdom to conduct an examination he does as a pro doctor and was easy to trust . I felt a trust of a doctor of a profession not just a lab that does it for cash with nurses.

My soar throat turned into an ear ache and sinus congestion. Looked for an urgent care clinic nearby and found Instant Urgent Care. Had taken my daughter there once before but she needed an x-ray they couldn’t provide so didn’t experience the full service. Glad I went back. Got a little lucky in that there was only one patient ahead of me. Everything was smooth and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Felt like my nasal congestion was turning into a bacterial infection so I scheduled an appointment to get it checked out. Online booking was easy. The staff was very friendly and they let me come a little early. There was a bit of a wait for me because I was being tested for Covid and flu and a few other things so that’s probably normal. overall service was very efficient and staff was very friendly and it was a very good experience all things considered.

We were lucky to find this provider online and we’re able to get an appointment the same day for a rapid Covid-19 test. It was easy to make the appointment, the location was easy to find, there was no wait time and the staff were prepared, informative and friendly. I’m really glad we found Solv, and will use them again.

It may just be a parking lot with a shipping container looking office, but the staff is nice and the testing is quick since you never have to get out of your car.

Location:Grapefruit Union School District- Dartmouth Middle School Time: 5:30 PM 12/14/*** We want to recognize the gentleman helped us did the test. He effectively managed the patients, patiently answer many questions from several patients and steel effectively took the test. It was cold outside and raining so he made sure to make all patients in line answer their questions and finishe the tests effectively. Most importantly, he treated every patient with respect and always be patient with many people in the line.

I scheduled an appointment online for 8 AM once checked in it look like they were 11 of us scheduled for 8 AM you get in line I was the fourth in line in the car line up, once I filled out my forms within the 20 minutes they told me to I got my results before I even got home to my house. I think my results came within 15 to 20 minutes after having my nose swabbed. So if you need a rapid Covid test this company definitely lives up to its name. definitely five stars for such great fast service and really friendly stuff!!! And I got my test on October 21, ***.

Getting tested was easy and the staff was friendly. The ‘paperwork’ was simple to complete on my phone. I went twice this week for work. The first time I didn’t make an appt and the second time I scheduled my appt on my laptop. Both times I waited less than 5 mins. My results were on my phone before I got to work/home. The cost was affordable than most. I would recommend Onpoint because of it was not a stressful experience.

This was a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The test results came within a short time, less than 2 hours. Quite happy with the service. I booked the appointment online. The cost was as expected. I’d recommend this service provider.

Quick and easy to get a rapid COVID test. I had my results in an hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing immediate testing.

- Verified patient on 10/1

The staff were superb but I was told that I will get the COVID-19 test result within 2hours. It’s been more than 3 hours, and I haven’t received it yet.

- Verified patient on 9/20

Dr. Nagarajan was very friendly and asked great questions to try and help diagnose my son’s cough. She gave us a good plan to manage the cough and see if he will need to brought in for more tests, which hopefully won’t happen.

This is an excellent place to get COVID testing in done. Booking the test online is easy and they have weekend hours that makes it super convenient. The staff were very friendly and I got the my test done in less than an 5 minutes. The only drawbacks in my opinion are: 1. The prices are steep ($150 - $225) 2. They don't accept it insurance

- Verified patient on 8/30

Use the San Jose Testing centre this week as we were travelling for the long weekend. Everything about this place is super efficient. Booking, testing, getting results for us worked like clockwork. Reception staff also nice and friendly. Will use again. Wish they had a venue in Menlo park/Palo Alto.

I believe the nurse's name was Michelle and she was lovely. She effectively communicated the process before, during and after the testing. If you do your paperwork online, there's really no waiting... You make your payment and off you go to a room for testing. My results arrived via email in the estimated 15 minutes as promised.

- Verified patient on 12/8

My covid test was easy. I just drove up, stayed in my car and they tested me in the spot. My results came in less than an hour.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
