My daughter was sent home from cheer practice saying she wasn’t feeling good. So I made her an appointment online while at work. We walked into the office 15 mins before the appointment and were called back immediately and taken care of. We were in and out in all of 30 minutes. Quick and easy process. Love this urgent care.

Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

Received a follow up call and was given other medications and now on the mend! We’ve been coming here for a few years now.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

That was my first time there it was very clean.the people were very nice.i like it cause it was not no long wait I got seen and taken care fast.the only thing is I didn't get the medican that was prescribed to me yet.i told them were to send it to and I haven't heard anything from were I told them to send my medican to.i thought I would get the medican today but I didn't. Yes I would recommend you all to other.

My son needed a sports physical. We like this urgent care because they make it easy to schedule and they do not make us wait for long. The staff is always extremely pleasant.

I woke up this morning with Poison Ivy spreading way to quickly all over my body - I could t get into my physician - located an Urgent Care near me - they popped up - facility was clean and the people that worked there were very pleasant - including Dr. Turner!
