The clinic in Highland was not good 2hr wait and appt doesn’t matter so I went to White Lake location and it was much much better. While I was there 2 other people who were at the Highland location came to White Lake also. Wait time and exam time were acceptable and all staff were very professional and friendly.

I was amazed at the front desk staff because they were so helpful and patient with everybody. I was in the waiting are for a long time and was really impressed. Doctor Beckley was professional, patient, made sure I could get my prescription on my way home and very thorough. The young man that did my Covid test was kind and sweet. I was so impressed with everybody there. I won’t hesitate to go back there or drive a friend there even if it’s out of our way. When I got the text from the lab and couldn’t get my results I called them and didn’t hesitate to help me with that either. Thank you so much

The doctor never examined me. He didn’t touch me & took my word that I had a sinus infection. He did not look in my throat or check my ears. He already took COVID test that was negative before he came in room. I felt like he was afraid to exam me. Very distant! Check in was fast, assistants were nice & professional!

I was nervous because of bad experiences with other urgent care centers, but I'm very glad I made the visit. Staff couldn't have been more friendly! Big shoutout to the gentleman who did my covid test, his reassurance and enthusiasm to educate me on the process put me much more at ease.

First time there and everything was very well organized. I was there about 40 mins total which was longer than I expected but maybe my expectations were centered around an antigen test which is easier to do.

After being turned away by two booked by-appointment-only local Urgent Care clinics, for a simple strep-swab test for our young son, we found this clinic. I called and explained our situation. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming and invited us in right away. We were there within ten minutes. It was such a relief to not have to visit an ER. After checking in, we waited for a reasonable amount of time. Our son had some difficulty cooperating with the swab test. The very kind and patient nurse managed to get the sample and rewarded him with a refreshing popsicle. The PA was very competent, observant and thorough. Excellent care and service! Thank you!

I didn’t need to enter the building, since I was seen for Covid testing. However, the outside grounds of the facility are well maintained and clean. Medical personnel who administered the Covid test: dressed professionally, polite, friendly demeanor; and ‘well-masked.’ Wait time maybe less than two minutes.

I’m a new patient but it was a pleasant experience and the young woman that did my COVID test was a nice and very pleasant soul. I think I found my new urgent care doctors.!.

Have never been there but couldn't believe how friendly everyone was! Good care. Only thing was I didn't know the title of some people who cared for me, ie. RN, NP MA etc. I would have asked if I had something more serious. I just went there for Covid test, but they took a good history and did exam. Happy I went there!

It was easy to book a time for my visit. I was greeted by friendly staff and seen promptlyAlthough I came for covid testing they did athrough review of my health, medication and a realistic physical exam. I was given written instructions re any future problems and a written printout of my experience to give to my primary care physician. I felt very satisfiesd. This was my second visit and I will come again should the need arise

Very friendly and professional staff. They offer both options of rapid test and pcr, and let me know in advance that the rapid test is not covered by insurance, it cost $65.

First time here for the dreaded Covid test. This was BY FAR the EASIEST most pleasant experience I’ve had getting tested! I will DEFINITELY recommend and will DEFINITELY be back for other medical needs and possible future covid testing! Pulled in waited 5 mins, he came out, was super nice and encouraging Lol!! And before I knew it, I was on my way home! Awesome!! Thank you thank you!!! A+++

- Verified patient on 11/9

First impression I was a bit caught off. A group of 3 came in without a mask to get a COVID test then proceeded to sit in the waiting room with only 1 of them putting a mask over their face. My daughter and I chose to wait outside at that time.

- Verified patient on 9/16

Great! The person that did my test was very considerate and kind. She was fast and efficient. The people on the phone also were kind and considerate! This was my second visit and I received the care I expected from my first one before. Thanks for being a caring urgent care! 😊

Explained our rapid Covid test well. Results in minutes. Fast and painless. My 12 year old daughter was so scared to get swabbed but she was super surprised at how easy and painless the test was.
