Fast, courteous, answered all my questions over the phone, with empathy and understanding, which is very important to me considering I'm a RMA. No unnecessary questioning or wasting of my time. Everyone was great and I greatly appreciate that. Front desk guy you rock, all triage in back office y'all are on point, and the APRN thank you for understanding my situation and helping me. Y'all made me cry, because being in this field today is a true rarity to come across a full clinic staff that rock like y'all did. THANK YOU!!!!

Great experience at the urgent care today. Madi at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I was roomed right away and tests running. Nurse Amy was friendly and professional. Nurse Heather went above and beyond to come let me know that it had started to rain because she knew I had ridden a scooter to the clinic. The provider Amy was fast, friendly, and efficient. Overall a great experience. Would get sick again. 10/10.

Have had a cough for a week, asthma & bronchiectasis flair up. Walked in without an appointment, longest wait was filling out paperwork. Karole is amazing, very friendly & fun. Dr Scott was very friendly & listened to what meds had worked in the past. In & out on less than an hour. Wish the did PCP services, but oh well.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

The staff are extremely kind and caring. They help get what is needed done with ease and reassurance. They are true professionals with actual degrees and certifications and can explain any question you may have in full detail and accuracy. It’s important to choose a lab that knows what they’re doing when your life is literally is on the line. They actually care about your situation and take the time to walk you thru the process. Judges and attorneys all over Tulsa and surrounding counties recommended them specifically because of their outstanding service and knowledge. That’s why people who don’t even test with them call them up with questions and they wish they would have just went to them in the first place.

I went there for a Covid test because of a sinus and upper respiratory infection and my employer insisted I get tested for Covid before being allowed to return to work. Dr. Stacey was awesome, and even sent a prescription to my pharmacy to treat my condition.

I needed to have a covid test done for my 11-year-old. They gave me a quick appointment. Staff friendliness was not very good considering I am a worried mother. The doctor gave me the test result with absolute cold and insensitive bedside manner for my situation(despite the fact that my daughter tested positive and my world and hopes collapsed in a second) He gave me a bunch of common info papers and left me with a million unasked equations. Do I recommend that place? I guess, if you are desperate.

I was very early and they admitted me at the same time as my wife so we could both get tested for covid. The staff was very professional and were very quick about what needed to be done.

I was scared I had covid as I had before. I don’t have a doctor and I was out of town and when the lady found out after my test that I didn’t have a doctor and still had a medical issue she just had me follow her in and she took care of me the doctor did she was incredible The best service I’ve ever had in my life from a doctor I even quit going to doctors for that reason she renewed my faith! Incredible experience! My New doctor to go to and place to go to even though I live 500 miles from there that’s where I will go back to the doctor because I won’t go to one where I live

Easy online appt making- same day appts. The staff was great. I drove from Owasso, to this clinic, in South Tulsa because of the same day availability & same day test results. I would come back again, if needed. It was worth the extra distance, for the quality of care & concern shown by the provider. Worth the drive.

I use access urgent regularly and have never been disappointed !!! Highly recommend! Was there for sun and weed allergy today. But also for Covid diagnosis last September and Covid test! Negative than goodness!!! Great service!

The online booking process was so easy to use. I downloaded the Solv app and it led me through everything. I was able to do all the paperwork needed, upload images of my insurance card, and ID. When I got to the Riverside location all that was left was to check-in, which was also done online. The office staff greeted me and made me feel comfortable right away. I was called back right on time! The nurse was knowledgeable and nice. When the Nurse Practitioner came in, she was nice and listened to what I had to say. She went over my test results and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I was sent out the door. I would definitely recommend Access Medical and Solv!

My family & I have been to this location 3 times now, each time for rapid Covid testing. I appreciate that we’ve been able to stay in our car & have the staff come to us. Each one has been receptive, attentive & thorough. At our most recent visit, it was suggested my son have flu & strep testing in addition to Covid, & it’s a good thing because his strep test was positive & the doctor came out to deliver the news. I would recommend My Doctor Urgent Care to others, & I have.

we received excellent care at this urgent care and would highly recommend it to other families. We went in with my daughter for a Covid test and the doctor was so thorough to make sure we got excellent care to find out what actually was going on with her because she did not test positive for Covid. great quality care. I also had to call back to get a note for her school and they took care of everything

Went for a Covid test because I went to a place where you self administer and didn’t trust it. They gave the good test the one where the Q-tip touches your brain. All good no Covid but getting the longer test just to make sure.

Specific requirement for COVID test prior to travel. 2nd time I have used this facility, little more difficult this time to schedule as the would book more than a couple of days out. Staff was fantastic both times and I highly recommend

- Verified patient on 10/15

I have had two drive up Covid tests at this facility. The staff evaluate you and take time to talk to you about your symptoms and offer solutions. Unlike most places that test for Covid. Very caring staff. I would definitely recommend!

I couldn't make an online appointment. I had to call and was on hold for over 30 minutes before someone in another state could make my granddaughter an appointment. Once we were there it was great. My granddaughter tested positive for covid with no symptoms. So I wasn't given any verbal instructions for care just there's a printout bye..

I had a rapid Covid test. They were quick and professional. I was impressed that it was performed by a physician. If I ever need this again, I’m going to skip CVS and return here.

I scheduled for a drive up rapid Covid test. The online scheduling was super easy and they had great availability for me. When I arrived they got to me early and I was out with my results in under 30 minutes. Emily made an unpleasant test as pleasant as she could. She was great.

The Doctor and staff were extremely attentive and concerned with our need to get an urgent covid 19 test required before my wife could have emergency eye surgery. He personally called and sent email confirming negative result at 9:00pm at night.

I thought I signed up for Covid test with 2 day wait for results; instead, I got the rapid response version and the results in about 10 minutes. The quick test/results worked out great! I liked my nurse and the PA-C who delivered the test results to me.

I booked my nasal swab test ahead of time so it would go smoothly. I got there 10 minutes til my appointment time. The staff had me wait in my car and wait for the nurse to call me. I waited for 5 minutes, nurse called. All total my appointment lasted 30 minutes.

Tulsa Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
