And she’s smart and has the best bedside manner. I will always use this facility. Awesome place to go when you aren’t feeling well. Thanx so much.

Had a very itchy response on my arm to a shingrix vaccine. Waited in a spotless room for a short period of time for a friendly & professional tech & NP. I was given a treatment which is helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely go back to your facility. My only complaint is the doors are not automatic & are heavy & cumbersome to hold while pushing my mother in her wheelchair.

Half way through my appointment, the fire alarm went off. We all had to be evacuated. I had been putting my appointment off for the issue for a year. I finally scheduled it, and boom... you gotta go (lol). It wasn't their fault though. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Woke up this morning with sum of vertigo. Walked in without an appointment. Wait time was estimated by staff to be 45 - 60 minutes. Check in staff were very friendly & helpful. Waited about 45 minutes in waiting area & was called into exam room. Staff was friendly & asked all the necessary questions, did blood pressure, temp & pulse oz. Doctor came in & listened to my symptoms & provided a thorough exam. Explained their diagnosis & submitted my prescriptions to my pharmacy. My overall experience was 5 stat except for the long wait time to be seen but understandable due to be a Sunday afternoon & arriving 75 minutes before closing.

It was ok, there for COVID test. Technician was efficient and friendly. Indicated Dr would be in shortly to discuss appropriate test. Waited 15 minutes, Dr never came. Technician returned and performed test which simply could have done 15 minutes earlier.

Went in for a Covid 19 test for travel. The process only took about 10 minutes from check in to complete. I received the results in less than 48hrs via email/portal

- Verified patient on 2/19

My second visit for testing today -- everyone was friendly except for the receptionists. (On my first visit, my receptionist was very sweet and helpful.) The temperature reader was unplugged this time around.. which was odd. There were two receptionists present on this particular visit and the one that chose to speak to me had an apparent attitude. I had come for my 5:30 appt and informed her why I was here. She was very short and not friendly at all. I just wish she was kind enough to understand that not everyone is savvy to which covid test is which. She just kept asking me which one was I there for in a stern voice without explaining to me the difference between the two. She did mention the costs of course. While I was explaining to her why I was here for my return visit and she would blankly stare with silence as if I was speaking another language. It was very frustrating and confusing dealing with her. The clinical staff was amazing as they were on my first visit.

Patients were upset that there were no rapid Covid tests. But we were there for different reason

- Verified patient on 8/14

- Verified patient on 6/11

I went in because I wasn’t feeling well. I received a Covid test. The PA advised me of everything. I felt it was done well. I was not able to make an appointment online but when I went in, there was no wait time. I was taken immediately

My father and I came for a COVID test after having exposure to a child with a confirmed positive test. The entire experience was very efficient and pleasant. The staff at the front desk and in the examination room were friendly and knowledgeable.

- Verified patient on 8/11

I was here to get a PCR test. I waited 2 1/2 hours to find out that there were no more PCR tests available. Came back the next morning and checked in which was a very slow process for the check-in. Overall the staff was nice and place was clean. Once I was seen it went well. Just the overall waiting in line was forever. I think it was the checking in process that took such a long time.

Red Bank Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
