Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.

I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

I felt like the staff and Dr listened to me - the reason 4 stars the exam seemed stand offish - didn’t check ears or feel my neck - but Dr did go extra step and tested for  3 possibilities.  Everyone was friendly and the office was festive and clean.  Would go again.

I did notice at the CALERA, Alabama there were an unhealthy number of ants crawling around the patient examination room.  And needs an overall deep cleaning. The physician care was very thorough and informative! The attending nurse was very knowledgeable and curtious, well spoken and polite. Rates an A+.

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person, shared needles or syringes, or had unprotected sex with an infected person should get tested for hepatitis.
