The wait time was reasonable, and the medical assistant was professional during her part of the visit. The nurse practitioner came in quickly, but my concern was that she seemed to jump to a diagnosis without examining my child thoroughly. It felt like I had to advocate for her to actually examine him before prescribing antibiotics, which was unsettling as a parent. While the process was efficient, I feel there needs to be more empathy and thoroughness in patient care. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facility could be improved. They have potential, but attention to these details would make for a much better experience.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
