My 6 year old son ended up having Scarlett Fever.  We took him to his pediatrician in the morning and they did NOTHING. We were fortunate enough to get my 6 year old son and 10 year old daughter in.  The entire staff was INCREDIBLE! From the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Anthony.  They ran strep tests, took his temperature, and gave him a couple of antibiotics.  My kids thought they were really nice!  Great staff, very professional, awesome bedside manner and the office was clean!   We are veru grateful and highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment over the app while I was still home.I find scheduling through the app is very convenient.Checking was easy.Doctor who i spoke with was extremely friendly, helpful, polite, informative. He explained everything to me in a way I can understand it.He did not rush me.He spent enough time to explain the situation and all options available.I am really happy with his service. The girl who was taking my vital signs was not polite and a bit rough. She seemed to me that she hates her job. That was my third time visiting that location and overall I am satisfied with the service provided.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person, has had unprotected sex, shared needles, or has a mother with hepatitis should get tested. Additionally, healthcare and public safety workers at risk of exposure to blood or body fluids should also consider testing. In Aurora, IL, this advice is particularly relevant for those in high-risk occupations or lifestyles.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it is often asymptomatic, meaning people can live with the infection for years without knowing. This can lead to severe liver damage over time. Early detection allows for prompt treatment, reducing the risk of complications and preventing the spread of the virus. According to the CDC, in the United States, hepatitis C is responsible for more deaths than any other infectious disease.
