My 6 year old son ended up having Scarlett Fever.  We took him to his pediatrician in the morning and they did NOTHING. We were fortunate enough to get my 6 year old son and 10 year old daughter in.  The entire staff was INCREDIBLE! From the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Anthony.  They ran strep tests, took his temperature, and gave him a couple of antibiotics.  My kids thought they were really nice!  Great staff, very professional, awesome bedside manner and the office was clean!   We are veru grateful and highly recommend!

I came here and was greeted immediately by the fine staff at front desk. Within minutes I had a room and my vitals were taken. The medical assistant Karina was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. She also helped me schedule a follow up and was patient with me as I took my time to think. Overall this clinic was very clean and I would highly recommend that anyone come here for a quick and pleasant visit.

I am so happy I went. I got to know quickly if I had Covid-19, so I could be around people and a dr. appointment tomorrow afternoon. I was impressed to get a dr. that went beyond getting the test results. I was also please that she gave me a print up of natural mixtures I could help alleviate my viral symptoms. I would definitely go there again.

I went to get a CoVid test and they had me down to see a doctor. I find less to scrutinize with the Clinic than I do with the website. I just wanted a test- for certainty. The staff was nice about it, but I scheduled through the Solv app. Maybe you all need to clarify this within the app.

I got there 20 minutes before closing time and the attendant, I believe it was Joshua, was excellent very upbeat and positive totally informed, very assistive when I couldn’t work my phone correctly, cheerful. It was a great experience I have been tested three times since last JulyAnd this was by far the easiest and most accommodating.

We took our daughter for test, they suggested rapid antigen for immediate results and regular PCR may take about 72hrs. Process was fairly quick no wait time and absolutely professional. Got the rapid antigen result in less than 20mins. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants PCR tests and immediate results.

I am going here every time I need to test. We were in and out in ten minutes. Staff explained what needed to be done and we did not need to wait for the rapid results- they emailed it about 30 minutes later. I have been to other locations with my son and have to wait over an hour each time. What a difference!

Very quick and easy. I arrived early and was assisted immediately. There were three individuals working at this test site and they were all friendly and efficient. They made a stressful situation feel a little better for me, and that’s really great. I will be recommending these facilities and returning in the future if need be.

This location is amazing!! Although it's 28mins away from my home, I was able to set up my appointment in less than 4 mins., 2 cars in front of me in line, another 4 mins to do my test. By the time I got home, I had my negative email results! All of this and it was on Thurs. Thanksgiving Day, which meant I would be able to enjoy dinner with my family knowing I was healthy!!! Thank you SO much for your service!!! I was able to have a memorable *** Thanksgiving with my family!! I will always remember this, thank you!! Luz Caro

I would like to have PCR result from Aug. 17 which I never received and also today Aug. 25. I went back to check about my result and was told that staff would send the result at 7:00pm yesterday, Aug. 24 but I did not receive any. I went back again and I took another test for my comfort. I would like to get both PCR results ASAP. We have a son fighting for cancer and has low immunity now. Thanks

Took my daughter for Covid-19 test at the *** Indian Trail location in Aurora. Gigi was a one woman show! She had multiple cars there at one time, but never acted stressed or annoyed. She was extremely helpful and patient with everyone. Gigi was very kind and had a smile on her face with my daughter the whole time.😊💜

I booked my appointment online. Drive up service was easy and convenient. I had an appointment but they were also taking walk-ins and the wait was almost nothing. It seemed a little odd to be swabbing my own nose, but no big deal. I drove back around and handed off my specimen and I was done. I had the rapid results in my email by the time I got home. Be aware, my results went into my spam folder (so be sure to check there if you don't see them). She said my other test will be resulted tomorrow (on a Sunday) because she marked my test as expedited. I hope I get it in time for my trip. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I drove in and was helped as soon as she was free from the previous patient. She is very efficient, caring and professional. This is my second time coming to the facility and appreciate your service. For these reasons I would recommend anyone wanting to be tested to use your facility, it is excellent. Thank you. Kendra Nohl

The young lady there is so kind and patient with older adults. I’m sure with everyone. I have been there before when I tested positive and sent several people there to get tested. They all let me know how helpful she was. Today I went to get tested and it was the same way. They are awesome and doing a great service for our community. I pray they stay safe and virus free. Thanks

I just wish they would have told me before I took the test that they ran out of rapid test my job sent me up there in a frantic now I have To go find some where else to shove a stick up my nose not mad it’s just a considerate thought.

This could not have been easier. I drove up and they gave me the swab to do the rapid test and then came back with another swab to do the PCR test. As the rapid was positive they rushed the PCR test and I got the results in 24 hours. Sadly also positive. Yes, I am fully vaccinated.

The guy was so great and communicative. Clearly doing the best he possibly could being the only person there that I saw. Got everything taken care of quickly while being helpful and reassuring. You guys have a great person working for you thank you to him and you guys for the ability to rapid test for free

I didn’t make an appointment but I went right at opening and there were only a few people there so the wait time was very short. The staff- she was the best!!! She was very informative and made sure that I got the proper test. She even asked questions I didn’t think to ask. The rapid test results arrived in my email within 20 min. Best customer service. Highly recommend.

My wife was at the Fox Valley facility. SAMI was just super. We are senior citizens and he helped register her on our cell phone, explained how to take the test to her, and was so patient with our questions. He was wonderful! When the test results came to us via email, we could download the results, but the pdf wouldn't open. We drove back to the facility to tell SAMI. He asked us for another email to send the results to and stayed with us until we got the results. We had a great experience. There should be more people like SAMI working for you!

Fast, easy and polite. I wasn’t able to send a picture of my Drivers license in advance but didn’t need to. The attendant took all the information directly from my license. I had done a PCR test but wasn’t sure I would get the results on time. There was no wait. Very convenient.

That’s great experience and I needed a RT-PCR report for travel and they had provided expedited options for same day results and also they spoke to office and make sure they give QR code which is required for the travel. Waiting for my test result tonight !! Thank you Jyoti and Team

Everything was great. Very quick and easy and the lady was really nice. There was no line and I got results even quicker than I expected over a holiday weekend for a PCR lab test (next day). It was also one of the few places I could find that would do a -drive through- -Rapid test (results in less than 15min)- for -free-, and even late on a Saturday. Very safe, very good, Highly recommended.

Probably the best place I've ever gotten a Covid test at since this whole pandemic started 2 years ago. Everything was professional, clean, friendly, convenient location, just A+ service all around the board. Self-service was amazingly set-up. Hopefully, test turn around time will be just as smooth. Great job staff and company. There was no cost for me.

Aurora Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
