I’d been sick for a bit, but I woke up with a painful ear infection and this was one of the only urgent care centers open at 8am. I got there right after it opened, and it was really easy to get myself scheduled and checked in. Everyone was great, helpful, and really quick. I don’t want to have to go back to Urgent Care, but if I do, I will definitely go back here.

I booked here because the website said there were onsite x-rays, but the staff told me that the x-ray machine has not been available for at least three months. Very disappointed to be referred out to the local hospital for an x-ray. I marked down on wait time and quality of care since I could not be seen for my complaint on site as advertised.

I am always appreciative of the connivence this office offers. Today I had a gentleman doctor and I thought although very upbeat and friendly, I was uncomfortable with the religious questions. I personally believe there is a time and place, at this appointment was not it. One, I didn’t feel well and the appointment should have stayed about that. Two, he is unaware of my circumstances and that was not the place. I heard how he had converted, he asked me if I did, and it was very uncomfortable because again he had no idea of my circumstances A suggestion to possibly keep the appointment chatter on a lighter note. People coming in don’t feel well to begin with, any kind of heavy conversation may lead to some awkwardness (and it absolutely did). Faith, and religion should be off the table for light conversation Thank you.

Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Watertown urgent care - today a Young guy met me outside and asked me questions about symptoms for patient safety. Girl with glasses was cleaning the waiting room chairs and wiping down surfaces ! Nurse was knowledgeable and swift. Doctor was a very nice woman who made sure all my questions were answered. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend !!
