My daughter had an incident which caused this unwanted visit. As I explained to the check-in client svc, I felt a bit judged. Even my older daughter mentioned feeling judgment. We waited for awhile and I asked for my ID and ins card back. I was told that she wasn't finished with them however she had them laying to the side. We waited longer and another couple walked in. After that couple was finished checking in, I walked up to the window and noticed the receptionist was holding his id and ins card. My cards were still laying to the side. I asked her about it and she said their walk in was an emergency however they sat in the waiting room with no one coming out for them as if it was an emergency. She finally entered my information after I switched seats and watched her. We were called back and I questioned the reason for being placed in a very small room . One person walked in after we did only to have suture removal and was called back before us. Ellen and Alisha were very pleasant however checkin staff not a pleasant experience. I felt she purposely delayed putting my information in .

The nurse practitioner who saw me had also seen me on a prior medical issue. And, just like that one, she got this one right. I was starting to feel better after just a few hours of taking the prescribed antibiotics and taking a long nap. Woke up this morning feeling a ton better.

I felt that I was relapsing from a respiratory illness. My wife took me in to get checked. I waited very little time to be seen. The doctor diagnosed the problem quickly and sent in the prescriptions I needed. Everyone was professional and also very friendly.

The reason for me coming to urgent care was due to a spider bite that was beginning to bother and concern me. Check in was quite efficient and the forms that I needed to fill out were short and simple to deal with. My wait time before being seen there's only a few minutes and I found the staff to be friendly efficient and quite courteous. Once I had been taking back I was not left alone for very long at any point and I found the staff quite attentive and direct to the point. My exam was done with attention to detail and took into consideration the pain I was in. They had no problem with working with my Pharmacy and giving me a prescription to resolve my issue. I believe my total visit was only a little more than 30 minutes. In case of need I would definitely return. I would certainly recommend this Urgent Care for anyone in need of quality attention

I checked in on the kiosk around 12:35 and was in the waiting room until 2:03 to be placed in a room in the back. Went through all the checks for figuring out my illness and checked out @ 2:55. Very long wait.

I was running late for my appointment. I called and explained I was in traffic. The receptionist was very nice. She told me to just be safe. This was my second visit to this office. I drive 45 minutes out of my way. They treat me like family.

Ms. Gwen the front office staff was efficient & friendly. Honey, made my son feel very comfortable even when she was given him an injection. Josh the provider was amazing with my son & made him feel comfortable as well. Thank you all so much, if I could leave 10 stars I would❤️
