Hands down one of my favorite pop-in clinics! The staff is exceptional from the front desk to the provider. I love how personable the women of the office are! I am greeted by name everytime I walk-in! The receptionist even asks about my family from previous conversations I've had with her! Makes me feel at home. Jennifer Dunn is the best provider ever! I feel like she is a best friend in a way! This office and entire staff truly care here. I highly recommend them.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who is at risk of contracting hepatitis should get tested. This includes individuals who have had unprotected sex, shared needles, or had a blood transfusion before 1992. Also, those who have traveled to countries with high rates of hepatitis, or have been in close contact with someone who has hepatitis, should also consider testing. According to the CDC, people born between 1945 and 1965, often referred to as baby boomers, are five times more likely to have hepatitis C than other adults and should be tested at least once.

Importance of getting tested

Early detection of hepatitis can prevent serious health complications such as liver disease, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Hepatitis often shows no symptoms until the disease has progressed, making regular testing critical for those at risk. According to the CDC, timely diagnosis and treatment can reduce the risk of disease progression, liver cancer, and death.
