I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein, they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

AFC Urgent Care Clinic was clean, sterile in feel; fitted with the latest in tech design and equipment; organized procedurally; staffed with friendly, helpful, serious people. The doctor assigned to me far exceeded my expectations. She made me feel as if I were her sole concern, would like to keep her. I felt I was receiving the best of care. I do not have a primary care physician; however, this experience was so far removed from having to visit a doctor’s office. I did require urgent medical attention; the convenience of a walk-in clinic surpassed not having a PCP, especially when the care I received was excellent, as this was.

I booked on Wed evening for an early Thursday appointment for severe congestion, coughing, blocked sinuses. My appointment was for 8:15. Called the center as a walk in and was able to schedule an appointment right away! All staff were friendly from the desk receptionist to the nursing/doctor staff. I was treated fairly and with care and all of my concerns were addressed properly. Wait times may vary depending on the time and day as I went after work around 5:30pm, but everything was quick between the paperwork and the visit! I would definitely recommend this location and I will be returning in the future if need be!
