My 6 year old son ended up having Scarlett Fever.  We took him to his pediatrician in the morning and they did NOTHING. We were fortunate enough to get my 6 year old son and 10 year old daughter in.  The entire staff was INCREDIBLE! From the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Anthony.  They ran strep tests, took his temperature, and gave him a couple of antibiotics.  My kids thought they were really nice!  Great staff, very professional, awesome bedside manner and the office was clean!   We are veru grateful and highly recommend!

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who has been exposed to the virus should get tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have shared needles, had unprotected sex, received a blood transfusion before 1992, or have traveled to countries with high rates of hepatitis. Additionally, individuals born between 1945 and 1965 should also get tested as this group has a higher rate of hepatitis C. In Glen Ellyn, IL, it's important for residents to be aware of their risk and get tested if they fall into any of these categories.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it allows for early detection and treatment, which can prevent liver damage and other complications. According to the CDC, many people with hepatitis do not have symptoms and can unknowingly spread the virus to others. Therefore, getting tested not only protects your health but also the health of those around you.
