Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

My eyes were feeling gritty and not right, so I bit the bullet and drove to this location yesterday (based on my previous, first visit last summer). Super quiet, clean and the staff both visits were very nice and courteous. My doctor for this visit was helpful with my current finding of the finding of pinkeye (we were both equally grossed out). He didn't shame me or lecture, and he said it was good we caught it in time. He prescribed some antibiotics and said if I had any trouble to let them know. I would definitely go back to this UC if I need to. :)

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly! Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.
