Short Wait Time

The front staff and medical assistant were very nice. They always have a short wait time which is a plus. However the physician I had was clearly in a rush and not really interested in listening to me concerns. She also called in my prescription under the wrong name and it took over an hour to sort it out at the pharmacy.

Dr Pablo was wonderful!   He gave us a lot of his time listening and offering medical advice. Wouldn’t hesitate to bring my kids back here! Staff was friendly and super efficient.    Kudos to all for making our appointment a breeze from start to finish.   Thanks for all you do!

The doctor there had the best bedside manner and disposition throughout a very chaotic flow of sick patients coming in. Was thankful for his demeanor despite my test results,

I only use the drive up covid testing there. One thing when completing paperwork it asks for birthdate. My birth year is ***. It won’t let you just type it in so you have to toggle from *** all the way back to ***. Horrible

This is my third time testing here and the same young man performed the test all three times. He could not be more friendly and efficient!!! The test results all three times were texted to me in less than a half hour as well.

Went at 4:45 and was supposed to have had test results texted to us in half an hour and it’s been an hour and 15 minutes and have not heard back. The first time I went my results were texted in 15 minutes. Cant get ahold of anyone now and need the results

Even with an appointment we waited an hour. Only way to get the result was through text or email and I explained that my son needed a release letter to return to school tomorrow. The guy was a bit pissy and said they would email it as well. I got the text message but no email. There should have been 2 people working tests. One doing the walk ups and one doing the appointments. I went on Thursday in the afternoon and had. Rep issue and the girl allowed me to wait in a parking spot until my result was in so I could get a return to school letter for my mother son. The layout of the e parking lot for those coming in to test is terrible.

This was my first covid test in the US and it was a fantastic experience. Everything from registration, the testing process, and the results were fast and efficient. I have already recommended this facility to family and friends. Wonderful service! My only improvement would be to have more visible signs near the roadway as I did have a slightly difficult time finding the location.

I have gotten tested for COVID a few times and this by far is the best one! You are greeted by a very friendly gentleman who asks for your name. Within a couple of minutes the staff comes out to do the test and they are also just as friendly. Then about fifteen minutes later you receive your results. I am so thankful we were able to find a place for COVID testing where the staff is so kind and professional!

Person came to the car did the test explained everything to us and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. Explained to us results will be sent via text. Great job and stay safe! Thank you!

The woman who did the test was friendly. You always hear how bad it is to take the test, it was not bad at all! Results were fast, I was the 1st appt and had my results in minutes. The drive thru was very convenient since I had to bring my kids.

Not sure what the purpose of testing times when there were 20+ cars in line for testing at the same time. It took about 50 minds to get tested and the line was even longer on my way out

- Verified patient on 9/6

This was the most efficient testing center that I have had the pleasure of going to. It was easy in and out, the paperwork was a little long but well worth it.

Everything was excellent, my results came back negative. My only question is that my daughter schedule my testing appointment and I was tested but she got a text saying the appointment was canceled. Wondering why she would get a text like that.

- Verified patient on 11/15

It was so quick and easy. Guy with dark hair who came out to check me in with iPad was really nice as well as the nurse who did the test. Only qualm is the location doesn’t say Midwest testing so I initially drove past it. Red banner for covid testing had been blown over so it wasn’t obviously visible.

Making an appointment online was easy. When we pulled up & checked in the waiting list said 13 appointments ahead of us. 4 minutes later it was my husband & daughter’s time to be tested (waiting time was fast) Nurse asked names, explained what she was going to do, preformed the test, told us results will be ready with in 30 minutes & to feel better. 12 minutes later we got the test results. I would recommend Midwest Covid Testing.

The testing site is prompt like advertised. I needed a COVID test right away to use to travel and I am glad I went to this place. I would recommend it to anyone

Did not go inside. Did drive in appt. The guy that did the test was great. We. Had 2 kids with us that said they heard the test was horrible, so they were in tears. The guy that administered the test was so reassuring with them and they said they were no longer scared.

The technician that performed the drive thru test was wonderful! I don’t know his name, but he was kind, informative, and as conducted the test as gently as possible. Best tech ever!

I needed a Covid-19 test. It was so easy to book an appointment online. The Medical Tech was professional, nice and quick. When I said I take care of my elderly parents, she agreed with my decision to have the PCR test.

Midwest Covid testing in Lemont, IL, was fast and efficient drive-up service. The representative for check-in via drive-up is also an efficient 'swabber' for the test. Completing registration via the website of app is simple.

Lemont Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
