I came here and was greeted immediately by the fine staff at front desk. Within minutes I had a room and my vitals were taken. The medical assistant Karina was very kind and gentle when drawing my blood. She also helped me schedule a follow up and was patient with me as I took my time to think. Overall this clinic was very clean and I would highly recommend that anyone come here for a quick and pleasant visit.

My daughter had an injury to her eye late at night. We tried booking an appt with 3 other 24/hr online immediate cares, but none of them had availability. We then tried Rapid Immediate Care. It worked out, they had the earliest available appt. They were able to check her in, inspect her eye injury, give her pain drop for her eye, and order antibiotic in time for her to make it to summer class and not be late. The staff were decent and friendly, good bedside manner. Seemed relatively knowledgeable. Her eye is now on the mend. I have worked in immediate cares and acute care settings in the past myself. In my opinion, this location is better organized and functioning than most immediate care settings I've been to. It certainly beats waiting 7 hrs in an ER, and the quality of care has been good overall, at least for all the times we've been there in the past (strep covid, sore throats, pains). The only reason I didn't contact them first this time, the drive is further away than other locations.

The staff at the Lombard location are consistently lovely - they’re friendly, explain everything clearly and concisely, and incredibly quick. Today it was snowing and they texted to make sure I’d be ok making it to my appointment. I forgot the name of the gentleman who did my test but he was so kind - pausing between nostrils because my eyes were watering and walking me through tricks so it doesn’t sting so bad. All around great.

Set up almost immediate appt, complete the online details, 2 swabs PCR done yourself in your car, rapid test walk-in they will swab you & you are sent results to phone or email, one in about 20-30mins, next one in about 2 days. It was very simple and quick. Can’t do just rapid test alone though.

- Verified patient on 7/13

Please, your people are great and your system is efficient, but I always get digital results in like 5-8 minutes. Isn’t the rapid test ~15 minutes to process? I just wish there was an explanation for how fast I always get them back. I’m a little worried because I teach small kids and rely on weekly tests on top of masks and vaccination to keep them and me safe.

I have consistently used this location for over a year. I have found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. In the early stages of the pandemic, they always walked me through the steps of the process. They always ask if I need guidance when I arrive still. With the influx of cases and holiday testing, I thought they’d be swamped; they were not. Everything was smooth and efficient as always.

There were only two workers but they helped everyone quickly and it was an easy process. We only asked for the rapid test but we’re also given the PCR test because of it being more accurate. I don’t know if they did that for our benefit or for the benefit of the government and statistics but I thought that was helpful to just be given the second test so that a false positive could be eliminated without having to come in a second time. Thank you for your help!

I scheduled online. We got there about 10 mins before our appointment time and they took us right away when we got there. The test was super fast. They said it would take 15 mins for results but it took only around 10 mins. Plus, we didn’t even have to get out of the car. Definitely recommend!!!

The nurse at 8:45am Nov 29th *** at 805 S Main St, Lombard, IL, location was the most caring, friendly, professionalI I have ever met. She was efficient communicating with the patients and organizing testing services. It was a rainy chilly day and she had to operate in the bad weather conditions. It is shame that she was not provided any rain coat. Please take care of your personal!!! Winter is coming! We all need good care!!! Thank you, Midwest COVID Testing Clinic and dear nurse!

The two ladies that were working Saturday were lovely. They were fun to work with very conversational very friendly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I did all the tests. The PCR the antigen and the antibody. This is a great place to go It's free they also take insurance.

Both guys that helped us were super friendly, ready to assist and answer questions, in addition were funny! Got my results in like 5 minutes and virtually no one was there. Definatly recommend, and if I have to get another test, unless otherwise dicated by a dictator or corporation, ill take the 40 min round trip for myself.

This was a new location & new company providing the COVID-19 testing experience, which was exceptional, however within three days after using this site it was shut down and disappeared. They used a bank facility with drive-up capabilities and it worked out just great. Very disappointing and I don’t understand why this occurred. Was it just to collect our personal information? I don’t know.

I booked an appointment for a rapid results Covid test. I was attended to very quickly and received results in 20 minutes. My only issue was I couldn’t locate the self-pay cost anywhere and couldn’t find a phone number to have my question answered. Otherwise, all was great. Staff was efficient and friendly.

My experience was great. The little scrubby thinks I shoved up my nostrils felt wonderful. Then I took the rapid test and one of the technician shoved the scrubby things up and swirled them all around it too was wonderful. And yes I would recommend them. There was no wait time. Checking was great. Online. Great manners. Yes cost as expected. Great place

Yes. I have been tested twice in the last month at this same facility in Lombard, IL and the young lady who helped me both time was very polite, professional, kind, and courteous. Very helpful and kind to me and other customers. I would recommend this clinic. Wait time less than five minutes. Online

I am thrilled to report a negative test to my husband and kids and to be able to attend mass this Easter weekend - masked of course. Thank you Rocket Testing! I was aware of Rocket Testing from driving by, also saw in facebook ad and google search for rapid covid test.

- Verified patient on 4/2

The Covid testing process was efficient and we got our rapid results back in less than 20 minutes. The care provider was really kind. My only complaint is that the Google listing says that no appointment is needed, but when you arrive at the site, there’s a sign that says that an appointment is required. We only knew to book an appointment online because we’d been turned away before. Please correct the information on Google.

Everything was quick and easy. The only thing I wish would’ve been a little different was that they were actual instructions that were written for the PCR test. I was given the instructions at the drive up window, but I would’ve liked to of read something once I was actually doing it. 100% sure I want in far enough

Testing was quick, but pcr result came later compared to past time I took the test. Took it on Thurs afternoon then got the result Saturday afternoon. Last time the result came the same day as testing. Maybe more tests are happening now? Rapid test was great with immediate result. Just wish it was easier to contact them if result doesn’t come in time.

I've used this clinic for the second time, staff is always very friendly. Im in and out super fast, and most importantly they expedited my test because of upcoming travel. I know I can totally rely on them to get a test fast (I booked my test and got in half an hour later) ...and on a sunday. I will continue to use them each time i need anything!

Pulled up a couple minutes before my scheduled appointment. There was one car in front of me and I wasn’t sure why they were sitting there for a while. I had my test done and was on my way about 7 minutes after my scheduled time. Test sample was quick and didn’t hurt while collecting.

The rapid test was available in 20 minutes as promised. I forgot to ask how long PCR test would take, so i called the next day. I dialed one number and got automated message and was put on hold for a while, so I hung up. Dialed a second number and the lady answered and looked up my result which wasn’t back yet and pleasantly explained that it would be back in n 48 to 72 hrs. After I hung up, the a lady from first call, called me back! I was surprised. She was apologetic (she didn’t have to apologize, they were obviously busy) and she again explained when results would be back… same as other lady. Both were very nice and tried to provide help. BTW I called slightly less than 24 hours after test was collected.

Lombard Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
