The staff down to the receptionist, had an incredible gentle bedside manner. I can only imagine the type of people they see daily. Everyone is there to help and you can tell they enjoy their job. I never once felt i wasn’t being taken seriously. They were very proactive when they saw I was vomitting in the waiting room. I was seen quickly. They heard me out and provided excellent care. I would recommend this urgent care to all of my friends and family. I’ve had trouble finding a PCP that I’ve liked but every time I’ve visited this clinic I always wish I could make them my PCP. They’re an incredible team that still manage to stay kind and smile. I felt heard, seen and taken care of. Phenomenal job team. I feel so much better. They gave me an incredible recommendation for an er to visit, which also turned out to be a phenomenal experience. I’d give them a million stars if I could. This is facility and it’s associates are a class act.

From receptionist to nurse to great nurse practitioner Mrs Bauer she diagnosed my right ear was infected and gave me proper medical care. Mrs.Bauer was super confident and knew exactly what problem was . This you don't see much anymore. Kudos to her and her care team. Impressive this day and time. This is by far the best walk in clinic I have ever been too. Truly. So lucky so near by. I will only go to this clinic from now on.
