Nothing more than pure amazing ! I've never been more impressed than I was with this facility! Top to bottom total care is the best I've ever had! I'm not just saying it but you must just see for yourself and then you will believe what I am saying. This establishment needs to be publicly recognized and honored for finally doing something no one this far has ever done in the town we live in. They truly have did an excellent job in setting the market high to show us all how things should always be tand lead by example!

I have had a sore throat for a few days and got up this morning hoping to go to an urgent care. I walked in and was seen by really nice staff members who helped me and a doctor who saw me within 10 minutes of being there!!

Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

Came in feeling so sick and weak. Dry sore throat and aches. Tests came negative so that was the end of the care. Gave some unhelpful tips to take allergy medicine and use some steam. Should’ve just stayed home. The lady that did the test was very kind though.  But definitely wouldn’t go back.

The young lady checking in patients on 9/8/21 was so sweet & helpful. Nurse practitioner Philip Olshinski was also extremely kind. Super nice and what you'd hope for with providers. The place is not fancy, but I was treated so nice. Thanks as I know you all are extra busy during these stressful times.
