I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Lady who did me and my husband’s Covid tests today was very efficient and quick. I feel really bad because I mentioned that the lady who did it the last 2 times was more gentle. After thinking about it I think maybe the kind of swab was what caused the difference in experience as the lady was not unkind in anyway, even after I inelegantly said ‘ahhh, the other lady was more gentle’ after she did my first nostril. Even after my blunder she was as careful as she could be on my other nostril and was as careful as possible with my husband (his first covid test where he did not swab it himself). Not sure if this will get to the lady who did our tests, but if possible please tell her thank you and I’m sorry.

Had a retest on Covid. Debbie who answered the phone was so very nice and helpful. I can’t thank her enough. Every one should be treated like she treated me. I believe Rebecca( hope I have your name right) was wonderful when she did my test. Answered all my questions. These to ladies made my day so much better. Thank you again for your time and kindness. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 🎄❤️ 12-20-21

The nurse/healthcare worker was totally awesome, she was friendly, kind, polite, and very humorous, she told me everything about the covid-19 testing procedures and, answered every question I had about them as well as the wait time for the results. This healthcare was simply phenomenal.

I needed a COVID rapid test. Found you online and found the appointment scheduling online very easy. When I arrived (first time) I didn’t see where the drive up testing was and parked. Called office, twice to ask and didn’t get anyone. I went inside and was yelled at before I was directed to the site. Maybe more signs are needed to guide you to the site. Other than getting yelled at the experience was good. My sincerest apology for entering office. I have no symptoms and I was wearing a mask. Need test for work. Thank you

I was total impressed with the quickness & ease of getting a test this morning. Thank you!

- Verified patient on 4/16

The user interface is clean and easy-to-use, actual wait time once I got to the clinic for my Covid test was nonEXISTENT, the Nurse who took my swab was as helpful and caring as possible. Caveát; billing options and issues could be clearer/more easily addressed. Otherwise...honestly a very decent experience in a time of stress. My thanks and compliments, for that.

My appt was made on line. The online experience was fast and easy. I got to the facility and called from outside the parking lot. Mine was for Covid testing so everything was done outside of the building. I didn’t wait long for the staff to answer the phone when I got there and I didn’t have to wait long for someone to come out to greet me! The staff is very friendly and I feel I received great care! Thank you Burton urgent care!!! I would recommend your place in a heart beat!

Burton Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.
