Suffering from apparent kidney stone for 2 days now. Probably need x-rays to determine size and location but the group gave me IV and painkiller with additional prescriptions to get me through the night. If pain still persists will probably go to ER tomorrow. They did a great job on subsiding my pain today. Thanks Vanita and group.

Dr. Landrum is energetic knowledgeable and approachable . She has an extensive background in the medical field because her father was also a physician. And she is a recent graduate of medical school so she is familiar with all the most recent policies and procedures. She is interested in preventative medicine which I find very desirable in a family doctor

I took two children to get tested for COVID in order to return back to daycare, staff was very friendly and my children did good with the test. Staff member was very nice and was not as ruff as I have heard about other places.

This is a great service. Diego who assisted us with our test was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Made my mother very comfortable and was very patient with instructions. I recommend this place to one and all. Thanks for helping the community

It was incredible! I was so nervous for my 4 year old to have a covid test but his nurse (Janette) was fabulous. She even had a popsicle for him after the test. We will certainly be back!!

This was the second time bringing my daughter for the rapid covid test. No matter how busy they are the staff is always super nice and professional!

Med tech very nice, and Alexandria was very easy to communicate with. Explained reasons for the medications prescribed and suggestions for a COVID test. I hope you keep her!!! Alexandria and Linsey are great.

Even though I’m so sick and tested positive for COVID the doctor and staff is amazing I highly recommend this urgent care! I promise you won’t regret it!

The only thing I didn’t like when a nurse told me she was going to give a COVID test and flu.I know didn’t have COVID it have do with my chest and throat and face feeling it swelling up. Why do they think you have COVID everytime you sick. I have COVID last year I know I didn’t have it this time . I know my body. Thank you !!!!!

I love this urgent care it’s the best! Took a covid test with only a 15 minute wait after test but went in for a sinus infection . Made me feel better to know . Dr is always amazing and they understand my nausea problem due to sinus issues ! I love them !

Need more staff. Should have at least a practitioner, front desk person, and nurse. Using the front desk person to conduct admin and then do vitals, and help with running labs is not efficient. Using the NP to see patients and helping with labs is not efficient. A nurse should be doing vitals, running labs, conducting Covid test, etc. The staff did a great job and were very professional. They are just stretched too thin. The official “check-in” time is not the same as the “arrival” time. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour before our official “check-in” time.

Given that the wait time was unusually long due to covid issues, I felt very grateful to have the service available in Picayune to get covid testing so easily. Thank you to the staff and doctors who has been dealing with this pandemic for such a long time.

Very friendly and we’re so good with my 6-year old. They pretended to give her stuffed animal a covid test to make her feel more comfortable before she got hers.

I came in for a Rapid covid test. Everyone was really nice, especially the lady and the front desk and the lady that took my vitals. Service was quick and the office was very clean.

Had to get a covid test because I was exposed at work. Kat was awesome, quick and super nice! The rest of the staff was great too. My first time here but would highly recommend them!!

I came In cause i am sick but had to pay $50 for covid test that was negative and then told it's 60 to 70 percent accurate when I knew it was a cold I had then she refused to give me a steroid shot. If the test is not that accurate then don't offer them or make us pay for them. We go to the doctor to feel better not to get changed for all your testing and you tell me to buy over the counter medication if I would have known all this I would have went somewhere else and felt like they wanted to make me well not make me pay for covid , flu and office visit and tell me to buy over the counter medicine.

Since I was taking the covud test, I was told to wait in my car and someone will call me. The wait time wasn't too bad, I really the forgot I waiting in my car! I ginally did receive a friendly phone call from the staff. The staff was really friendly and the doctor was professional and of course the staff was too! I made it a little comical because the test took me by surprise a little bit. I think I made the doctor and the nurse day! Lol!

I live out of town and needed a rapid covid test. They were open Sunday and able to take me. The phone call initially left me wondering, three girl who answered the phone did not seem friendly. When I got there everyone was super nice and I was taken care of quickly. My test was negative😊

Columbus Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
