Felt like I had a Blood sugar problem. Levels were a little high a few days before blood test . Wanted to check it again two days later and they weee up a little bit more . Previous doctors did not mention A1C The provider acutely explained blood sugar can go up and down it’s the A1C that’s important to watch and monitor if you are diabetic. She was so amazing I can’t remember her name. I was not eating or taking care of myself as k r should. Had a scare at the hospital a few days before and it’s time to make some life changes to get better and live more healthy.I this they do a fantastic job at Cliffside urgent care the level of service is outstanding. I always go there when I need medical help.

Short Wait Time

It’s always a pleasure to schedule appointments on the Solv app or as a walk-in. The check in is lengthy but that’s to be expected. After that check in is a breeze and waiting time is not long at all. The staff is always friendly and care from the providers is thorough and efficient. I would recommend AFC for family oriented care.

Overall, the experience was fine, especially considering I was a late walk-in. However, the waiting area definitely needs an update. The carpet should be replaced with linoleum or tile flooring for better cleanliness and to help reduce germs.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

So quick and easy! Compared to any other Urgent Care that mainly serves on a first come first serve bases for Covid Testing. This is soooo much more organized and the staff! Ugh! The staff was unbelievably friendly and sweet. Made friendly conversation as they got the job done. Love a staff that can multitask with such ease! 10/10 will recommend to EVERYONEEE!

The staff are very friendly and professional, even in the most difficult and busy times. I was told to sign in and go somewhere safe until they called me in for a covid testing. Besides from having to wait, which I knew I would have to, I was in and out of there safely and received my results in a timely manner.

I am glad that this young people are there, doing their job the best they can with the established procedures and COVID-19 protocols. Everything went smooth for me and got my test in normal order and I have only compliments and no complaints!

- Verified patient on 4/2

The staff was very helpful and efficient even though it was late at night. The only thing I was very upset about was that I was told the results of my rapid test would only take about 15 minutes but that was not the case. I had to call the next day.

I was there for covid rapid test and the heath worker was great and friendly and especially Nurse Nisha was so professional and friendly. These place is great ( hope nobody need but if you have to go clinic )

I needed to get a rapid Covid test & also the PCR test. The wait time was about 20 mins & the sign in process in front was fast & convenient. The person who did the swab test was very friendly & had a caring manner. The wait time for the rapid I was told would be about 10 mins & that they would bring it out. I wound up waiting almost 25 mins when I went up to window to ask about my results & was told to sit & they would check & bring it out, which they did about 2 mins later. All in all it was a pretty good wait time considering I didn’t have an appointment & was a walk in.

I went to UC’s Cliffside park office for a Covid test! Everyone from start to finish was amazing!! I would most definitely recommend this facility!! Check in was fast and very easy on the portal. The technician and doctor were extremely thorogh and so friendly and answered all my questions Thanks to an amazing group of people!!

In and out! Rapid Covid testing. I had a virtual exceptional Telehealth visit with NP Christina. Very pleased with the quality of care that I received. She expressed genuine concern for the way that I was feeling. Awesome bedside in this case (phone side) manner. Answered all my questions and scheduled me for testing right away. I love this place. They could use a more modern and updated look, but it’s probably too busy for that.

Brandon administered the test to my sister who is Down Syndrome. He was so kind and gentle with her. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am Very happy with the service I received, and will definitely be back and recommend this facility to family and friends!

The staff were super nice! My call to find out about insurance was handled professionally, and answered my all questions pleasantly. Augusto, was very knowledgeable with my test and answered all my questions, and very nice. The receptionist was very pleasant. My wait time was all of 5-10 minutes! I was in & out in like 20 minutes! I will highly recommend this AM/PM Care in Cliffside Park!

I have been very happy with your service and the staff everyone’s been wonderful but knowing now there in order to get a rapid test I have to stand outside( no matter the weather the temperature )and be registered by 10 AM, that is just not fair, I have always made an appointment every 2 to 3 weeks I take care of my niece a baby and always had both done. I’m very disappointed

- Verified patient on 1/12

I was initially registered to do an antibody test but based on my reply to certain health questions it was not advisable for me to be in the office and they switched it to a virtual test which I was able to do shortly after departing the office.

Been here several times for testing, and have always had positive experiences. My only complaint would be the lobby bathroom. When filling a urine sample on my most recent visit I had to go to that bathroom. There was blood on the underside of the toilet seat, and someone had defecated and wiped, but put their soiled toilet paper into the wastebasket beside the toilet. It was stomach turning. That said, I know the staff can't really control that, and it's customers that do disgusting things like that. May be a situation where maintenence should check it at a higher frequency though.

This is my second time using the AM/PM Urgent Care services and both times have been exceptional. The facility itself is a clean and welcoming environment with friendly, helpful front counter staff. I was seen after incredibly short wait times and the doctor was wonderful. She made me feel at ease, helped me understand the tests and steps that we could take, and was quick to calm and reassure my anxieties regarding my health. 10/10 service, highly recommend. Thank you, North Bergen Urgent Care.

Easy appointment set up online, check in online, wait time for covid test less then 5 minutes past my appointment time. Facility could use some clean up, and some warmth added…. A little messy in hallways and very bland and cold waiting room.

- Verified patient on 8/4

Great experience. Much more spacious than I thought. Staff was very nice. Check in process was quick and during the time I went not much of a wait. Went for Covid PCR and was painless compared to over testing sites. Keep up the great work

I needed to get my 89 year old mother a rapid Covid test so she could go to a Dr’s appointment. I made an appointment online and when we arrived I was very impressed that the check in was quick, We did not have to wait long at all, and the nurse was very sweet. In less than 10 minutes we have our results in hand.

I booked my appointment on line for Saturday 830pm. I checked in- the front desk staff were very friendly. I didn’t wait long to be seen and five hundred stars to Kendra Who administered the test- a total professional who knows what she’s doing. I would recommend Kendra to all!

Needed a covid test to drop my son off at college, literally in and out. I didn't even get a chance to leave a butt print on the seat before I was called. Highly, highly, highly recommend this facility. Great friendly staff, professional, courteous.

- Verified patient on 8/25

The guy who gave my husband and I both rapid and PCR tests barely went up our noses. I’ve been there before and it wasn’t the same experience. I feel like you guys could get a lot of false negatives with covid tests being done like that.

Cliffside Park Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
