PA that took care of me did a marvelous job and so did the young lady that took the x-rays and so did the young lady at the front desk? I have no complaints. God bless them and they get a 20 from me.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. Got the rapid test and PCR test done in less than an hour.

Was good as always. I hope to have the results on time. I already did the test because I need the result on next Sunday to travel to Brasil. Thank you!

Made an appt, was seen within 10 minutes. Came in for a Covid Test for a procedure. The person who performed the test was a young man who was Friendly & Professional. This is the 2nd time having a covid test for a procedure and I was also very pleased with visit. That's why I returned. Keep up the work! 👍

- Verified patient on 3/21

The staff was very friendly and polite. The wait time has to do with the COVID-19 outbreak. I waited for approximately 3.5hours. I am very appreciative I was able to get a Rapid Test within hours. Yes I would definitely recommend the AM/PM Urgent Care. Very Satisfied.

Can't even front the woman who took my PCR test was absolutely gorgeous. Ive never had someone that beautiful stick a q-tip in my nose before. I might pretend I have a slight stomachache just to come back and talk a little more.

- Verified patient on 5/5

The overall experience was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful, didn't have to wait too long to do my test despite the fact there were several people waiting to be helped. Definitely would recommend to friends.

- Verified patient on 7/15

I made an appointment for 6pm thinking I would go in and get my Covid test done. But there was a long wait time (1hr to 1.5hr). Thankfully I only waited 20 minutes but I strongly recommend that those people who book appointments online, be advised that they will still need to wait, and that the appointment doesnt guarantee them immediate consultation. That would help patrons very well. Otherwise good facility.

I scheduled a COVID test. I was called in shortly after arriving. The staff are kind, efficient, and professional. The facility is small but clean and neat. I would definitely return without hesitation. Thanks AM/PM!

AMAZING STAFF!!!!! BEST LOCATION I have ever been to. I was greeted and taken care of in no time. The nurse who brought me back was gentle with my swab, I hope she does my test all the time. Thank you Urgent Care!

I have been here for a covid test and for a separate issue on a weekend. The staff members were very nice, the wait system was efficient, and the PA I saw the second time was excellent in addressing my issue and very knowledgeable.

Had to get my 3 year old tested for Covid. For the first time ever I was very nervous and so was she but the nurse we had was wonderful and very kind with her.

Went in for Covid nose swab test - didn’t need to wait at all since i scheduled ahead of time. The actual test itself was also very quick. The seating area only has about 4 chairs very spread out. Hand sanitizer in multiple areas for use.

- Verified patient on 4/14

My experience was wonderful. I was frustrated upon entry, after speaking with the staff that attended my cause for being there I was instantly comfortable and excited to receive my test results.

My first visit to this facility for a COVID 19 PCR test for travel purposes. Glad I was told about AM/PM and most importantly for me, the turn around period of 24 to 36 hours on lab results. Provider bedside manner was excellent.

AM/PM in North Bergen NJ, were excellent. I wanted to especially thank Kala, for being so helpful as well as Ally (my apologies if I misspelled there names). Kala, was very understanding and helpful. Ally was very kind, she was very personable, and extremely patient with my 7 year old as he was nervous taking his Covid test. The office was clean and the appointments were prompt. The Solv app is very easy to use and you can fill out all your paperwork on line before you arrive which makes things easier and avoids exposure to any patients that are waiting in the waiting area.

- Verified patient on 2/28

I go there because I need to be tested constantly and it’s the best staff and place in the area. If you book online before you are in and out and the staff is always friendly no matter the long waits.

- Verified patient on 4/17

The staff member who attended us was very nice and easy going with my children who needed to be tested for covid. Made it easy and pleasant experience. Thank you.

North Bergen Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages.
