The gentleman at the front desk was far from friendly, a little abrupt in tone, slow at checking ppl in and then told me he couldn’t take my cash copay because he didn’t have access to the box.  When he finally did take my payment because I told him that was the only way I was paying and asked for a receipt. He told me to sit down and he would get me one.  Then he proceeded to help another patient.  He should have finished with me and getting my receipt

Had a very itchy response on my arm to a shingrix vaccine. Waited in a spotless room for a short period of time for a friendly & professional tech & NP. I was given a treatment which is helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely go back to your facility. My only complaint is the doors are not automatic & are heavy & cumbersome to hold while pushing my mother in her wheelchair.

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. Short Wait Time

Woke up this morning with sum of vertigo. Walked in without an appointment. Wait time was estimated by staff to be 45 - 60 minutes. Check in staff were very friendly & helpful. Waited about 45 minutes in waiting area & was called into exam room. Staff was friendly & asked all the necessary questions, did blood pressure, temp & pulse oz. Doctor came in & listened to my symptoms & provided a thorough exam. Explained their diagnosis & submitted my prescriptions to my pharmacy. My overall experience was 5 stat except for the long wait time to be seen but understandable due to be a Sunday afternoon & arriving 75 minutes before closing.

I was very happy with my visit. I came for a Covid test and when I explained my symptoms a very nice young physician assistant actually checked my stomach because I was complaining about it and seemed very thorough and explained to me what the possibilities could be if not Covid related and told me to try a probiotic and if that doesn’t help go for further tests; but all seemed ok so far. It put my mind at ease a bit. I wish all doctors had such bedside manners. She had never seen me and was kind and thorough. Thanks for a great experience in this scary and trying time.

Scheduled an antibody test and the person that brought me back was angry because I was there during covid testing times. Nowhere on the website did it direct me to a different time. I had no way of knowing, but she brought it up 3 separate times as if I should have known better. Maybe your website scheduling should have not allowed it. Also the person taking my blood was very new to what he was doing and seemed impressed that it worked out. Although he was very nice.

I was slightly upset that there was no one at the Covid testing sight at Ocean County College. I went there just after *** hours. I then proceeded to the Immediate Care location on Rt 37 in Toms River. The staff there were also shocked that the College sight had no one there. The staff at Rt.37 were very professional and helpful. While I was waiting another gentlemen came in who had also gone to the College sight and stated that there was no one there.

Everything about my visit was good. However, I never received the results of my covid test via email as I was told I would within 48 hrs. I tried calling Immediate Care and it kept going to voicemail over and over for hours. I had no idea what to do. Finally, I just drove to Immediate Care where they printed out my results for me. That part of my service was very bad.

The process was explained by friendly staff. The testing was completed within minutes. The cone set up was a little difficult to understand, there should be a sign by the sheriff's car where you need to turn. I wound up going the wrong way.

During this pandemic outbreak the wait was long as expected however the staff worked as fast as they can and was very efficient. Tests were done quick. The Dr who had seen me was very personable and didn’t rush. Explained everything. Highly recommend Immediate Care

I went to the Ron’s River office and had a reservation. I was late but I called the office earlier in the day and they said they would note that I was late. The lady was very iunderstanding about. However when I arrive, yes I was pass my time and the receptionist was was trying to help me but I got upset. However, this lady Sandy or Sandra came from behind the back and was extremely rude. I take accountability for the way I was w the receptionist when I arrived but I was only there for a pre-op COVID19 test. I told the lady Sandy or Sandy that I was going to report her. I left very disappointed, upset and never experienced that kind inappropriate and unprofessional behavior there before. It was important that I have this test at certain time before surgery. I waited a little while after I regrouped myself and called the office back. I spoke with an extremely kind and courteous woman Nicole that explained how the reservation works and that it’s not really appointment but rather a place in the cue. I appreciated her help and professional in informing me how it works when scheduling online. She told me I was still in the system and I would have a 20-30 minute wait but when I got there to come check in. As soon as I arrived Nicole was on the phone but the receptionist that was there earlier asked if I was Blaisa and brought me right in the back. I apologized to her about I reacted earlier and then Nicole got off the phone and I thank her for being accommodating and that I appreciated it. When the girl brought me to the room, I apologized again. I now feel great with my experience and will reconfirm that office.

I would have left all 5's. Why didn't I. I was first in door at 8, was seen and given rapid test within 15 minutes. But after sitting in the room for almost an hour and hearing people come and go into other rooms. I had to open my door around 915, because they forgot I was in the room. After I opened my door, I was immediately given results and I left. I will add that staff was pleasant.

In these times, I expected to wait at least an hour, especially since I was a walk in. The front staff and the staff taking my vitals couldn't have been nicer. I understand you are very busy but I did expect to spend more than 2 or 3 minutes with your nurse practitioner. She informed me that she would be doing a covid test and that if it was positive I would have to quarantine for 2 weeks. She listened to my lungs and said she would be calling a prescription into my pharmacy. She asked if I was vaccinated and when I said yes she said "Never mind. I" m not going to do a covid test". She said it would be awhile before she could call in the prescription because she had other patients to see....and she was gone. Never told me what she suspected was the problem. Never asked if I had any questions. At 4:30, I called the office and left a message asking about the prescription. It is now after 6pm and still no call from CVS that a prescription is ready for me. If she had given me 30 seconds more of her time, she could have ordered the prescription. I would have been able to start the medication hours ago and she would have one less thing to deal with in her obviously busy schedule.

Online booking process was easy. Got a text with a link to click in order to sign in when I got there and then another when it was time to go in. I was the only patient in there with two nurses who were both very friendly and polite. They I was getting a covid test so they asked about my exposure/symptoms and gave me tips in case it were to be positive. Overall fast and easy, every step of the way and finished with helpful staff.

The Staff was amazing today from performing my RAPID-Covid test, to my examination for my upper respiratory infection and chest x-rays. Got me through the whole process with awesome medical procedures, in a very safe, A+ sanitized rooms and equipment, while still managing to be friendly and even offering humor to help me feel completely cared for. A+++ 10 STARS for the dedicated covid testing office, and medical clinic alike.

Right from the first start of my visit the receptionist displayed a friendly manner in a very professional way. I was still filling out my forms when I was called to a room to get my covid test. The nurse who administered the test acted in a very professional manner. She made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle.

Unfortunately needed to get a COVID test done. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and helpful getting us checked in pretty quickly. We were taken to a room where the nurse practitioner came in to do our tests. She was very friendly and nice and helped relax some of the nerves from being tested. Even the doctor that came in next was very warm and pleasant. It was quick and friendly service and while I hope I don’t need to go back any time soon they will now be where I go.

The staff & the service were terrific. The wait was a problem. In fact, I had registered fir Covid test the day before, waited over an hour, and had to leave to drive my husband to his doctor's appointment.

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
