Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Very organized. While waiting on line they wanted to know the reason so they can recommend what testing to get. Happy being able to wait in car n texted me I’m ready. Wants faster results

Had a scheduled appointment for a Covid test for myself and my husband we were taken in and promptly had a test administered were given our results within 15 minutes or so and it was over .very simple, as long as you have an appointment there is no wait time and everybody was wonderful caring in friendly

IF you use the App and IF you can get an appointment (try at 12:10AM for the following day) the process is simple and efficient. Staff and App keep you informed of who is ahead of you as you sit safely in your car. Fast results could be as little as 10 minutes with the Rapid Covid test

- Verified patient on 1/14

Wife and I needed Covid testing. Pre-register with no trouble, taken within minutes of our appt time. The Nurse & PA we interacted with were pleasant efficient and professional in all aspects. Would definitely recommend to others and utilize for ourselves should the need arise

- Verified patient on 2/4

Facility is very organized and accommodating. They are efficient , nice , and informative. Dealing with massive lines of people has evolved into a better systems to register and wait to be called. Much much better. They have someone outside to answer questions and keep people informed of where to go where to wait and what to do and expect. This is my third time Covid testing here. I would highly recommend this facility. I go out of my way to come here as opposed to a closer facility to my home. Keep up the great work!

After having my antibody test I was told that I have to call my insurance. To see if my test was covered. I think when they review my insurance papers they suppose to tell me no after 3 hs waiting and after test

We had the drive thru testing this morning. The whole process took an hour which is half the usual time. Great team at this office.

Staff in little neck urgent care was extremely busy but attended to all needs of their patients. From front office to testing staff- everyone was great. Give them a raise ProHEALTH! I used to work for you and know that you don’t pay a lot for the work they do!

The Rapid COVID Test was received promptly in the office and not in vehicle. This site felt very busy for COVID issues, and staff handled it well. I was provided a hard copy result letter without even asking. I would definitely recommend this office.

- Verified patient on 3/25

I had a 6pm appt. for a Covid test. I checked in a few minutes before and was told to go wait in my car and they would send me a text when it was my turn. I waited approx. 20-25 minutes before they texted me to go in. The place is run very efficiently, and I received my results in 2 days!

I went in for a rapid test and they gave me the results within minutes. They also sent out a test to make sure. Still waiting on those results. Very professional and courteous

- Verified patient on 2/1

Staff was great - just waiting on a covid test results to clear me for surgery and the nurse put it thru as Stat - hopefully I will hear back soon. Very happy with the whole staff!

- Verified patient on 4/13

The place needs to have a better system to manage COVID testing waiting time. We have been standing outside since 7am (because website said there is drive through from 7am), we finally get tested at 10:30am. This is NY and waiting outside at zero degree for 3 hours for family with young children or seniors. This is horrible. Pls have a better online booking system and avoid people standing outside for such long time under the cold. Thank you!

I had the rapid test and it was negative. I still feel sick and am going back for the other COVID test

Little Neck Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
