I received texts prior to coming in confirming my appointment and the a text to check in when i arrived. Heidi took my insurance card and ID the saw me to a room. She took thorough history of symptoms, and check with Melissa APRN to see whst tests to run! Heidi explained test and how it would go and length of time it would take. Melissa was friendly took thorough history and explained all the tests she would run and how long results would take. In mean time she prescribed medications and informed me when test results would likely be back. Melissa also included what OTC remedies I could use for symptoms. Overall a great experience especially when I was feeling so awful. Great job highly recommend to others in this community! Thank you!.

My wife and I needed to get Covid tests after a recent possible virus exposure and chose Premiere Urgent Care. Annie and Jill took care of us and I simply cannot commend them enough for their kindness, professionalism, compassion, and superb skill. Annie and Jill helped to not only ease our anxiety about possibly being exposed to the virus and the discomfort of the test itself, but were highly informative as well. Both were careful to administer the tests in the quickest and most gentle way possible. I am incredibly grateful to have such a phenomenal urgent care so close to home staffed with such amazing medical professionals.

First time visitor for Covid Test. Friendly staff. The wait was very long. Appointment at 2:40 waited in my car until after 4:00. Try to gauge appointments a little closer.

I had a covid test so wasn't inside the building. Bright signs indicating where to park, the number to call upon arrival made it so easy. The person who gave the test was friendly, helpful, and did such a great job! She counted down so I knew how long the swab would last. Great service!

I always use Compunet for my lab needs. I needed a pre-op Covid19 test. I booked the test online. Directions were great. I parked my car and called the telephone number. The person came to my car within minutes. She was pleasant and professional. The test took a few seconds then I was on my way! Easy!

Misdiagnosed. Brought my daughter in with fever, headache, swollen lymph nodes, sore neck& head congestion. Doctor immediately said not sinus congestion & gave her strep test & flu test- both negative and doctor said she thinks it mono & ordered a mono test. I told doctor I THOUGHT it might even be due to a possible tick bite since she went hiking in woods, but as of yet we hadn’t noticed rash yet as of this morning. She had exact same reaction when she was 7 when she had a tick bite. Doctor blew me off & just ordered mono test & said to go next week. Within 1 hr of being home we noticed a live tick attached to her neck. I removed the tick. Washed site with alcohol & drew around the red rash to see if it continues to grow. I plan to call in morning to request the needed antibiotics since we already paid our $55 co-pay. I SHOULDNT have to pay again.

Professional staff. We went for Covid testing and Cecilia Myers was wonderful. She checked lungs, heart, ears after we got the test. Before that the person administering the test checked BP level, pulse ox, and temperature. My husband and I both were very impressed with our visit.

I wanted to share my test results with my family doctor. I was informed that I have to make the request before the RX is put in the computer. I would like a sign to remind me of this rule as I sign in. This is important to me.

I went for the pcr Covid test today. So did not go into the facility. The young lady came out to my car to administer the test. She was very nice, did a great job and told me when to expect my results. Would highly recommend this location for a Covid test.

I arrived early for my appointment and called to notify of my arrival. The technician came out to my car within a minute or two, performed the test and I was on my way before my appointment time even arrived! BTW, I couldn’t assess the facility cleanliness because I’ve never been inside.

I had a COVID test today prior to a later outpatient procedure. The lady who scheduled me yesterday said the Beavercreek facility has very skilled testers, and I agree. I had heard the test is quite painful, but mine was quick, efficient, and only mildly uncomfortable, thanks to the technician’s skill. This is all the more amazing because I was seated beneath her line of sight in my driver’s seat as she stood by my car: she had limited vision and must have relied largely on touch, yet there was no painful probing or fumbling. Beyond that, she was friendly and reassuring. Thanks for an uneventful experience.

I just showed up for covid test for a procedure next week, didn't know I had to make an appointment, staff was very friendly and helpful and got me taken care of right away. I made a mistake and they made it like it was no big deal and just took care of me in a fast and very friendly manner. Thanks!

I called because there was a problem at my first choice. But this experience tells me CompuNet will be my first choice in the future!!!! Alexis called me to make sure I had the right lab and time made some easy corrections and sent into motion a perfect patient encounter for covid testing! On site staff were awesome in the 1 April snow! Totally exceeded my expectations and I thank the staff team who made my experience low frustration, painless, courteous, and engaged!

This happens frequently-at least two previous visits. This time, in order to keep it from happening again, I came in and asked what was on order. She said PSA. That’s incorrect. I needed a Lipid panel for cardiologist. Apparently, urologist needed a PSA, too, and I didn’t know about that. She denied there was a lipid panel test. So she checked MORE CLOSELY and found the lipid panel. It looked like it was on a different line or a lower section of the order screen. Therefore, your IT department needs to get involved so it’s ALL on one screen and you don’t have to scroll to find it. Must keep things simple! So I got what I needed (YAY!) and didn’t have to return later after the doctors office tells me they never got the results. Then I have to return and do it all over again, which is inconvenient and frustrating. Plus, I think they get thrown off because I frequently order my own labs as I am monitoring my Lymphocytes. That number keeps rising for unknown reasons. I LOVE that I can order my own labs. You ought to consider expanding the list of available tests. Thanks for this opportunity to help you be more efficient.

The lady doing the COVID testing. Was amazing! I would recommend everyone getting this test done to go to the location at *** Lakeview sweet 110 Beavercreek Ohio. ( I'm sorry I forgot the young lady's name. But l do know she said she was the only person that does the test there) She needs a RAISE in pay for all she does running back and forth. And such a kind heart. You can tell she enjoys doing her job. A+++++++😊

The staff were friendly and efficient. I was a walk-in because the online booking feature wouldn’t work. I appreciate the Saturday hours because the doctor’s office called Friday evening and told me they wanted a PSA test for the doctor appointment on Monday. Compunet came through in a pinch for me.

I work for Premier. When I called, the tech asked me the reason for the test when I started to explain, she interrupted me and said, yeah I don’t need to know all that. Then she asked me about “all that”. Everyone has a bad day but she needs to improve her customer service skills. I’m proud to be a premier employee and I would never treat a patient like she did.

My experience was very good, especiallyfor not wanting to do it! The Covid-19 test was not nearly as bad as I had anticipated! It was more of a ticklish discomfort, not painful. All the staff members I interacted with both via phone and in-person from my car were friendly, informative and professional.

I had a big problem with a test result and I would like to applaud Sherry at the main office *** for going above and beyond and coordinating a new test and expedited service allowing me to obtain a prescription which requires the blood test. Also many thanks to the Beavercreek Medowbridge staff for their expedient service.

It was that overall good experience, the staff was very polite, and went through every step with you and explained to you what was going to happen and what was not going to happen, and were the most polite people I have dealt with in a long time it was very pleasant experience for somebody that has never took the test before thank you

Erica went above and beyond to make this experience seamless. My family of four tested prior to travel and she walked me through all of my concerns. She was patient, kind, and if she didn’t know the answer, she spoke with her boss and got back with me. Thank you Erica!

I had an appt at 10:52 upon arrival I called the designated phone number for Covid testing, was told I needed to go down the street to urgent care because the time I had they don’t schedule like that. I had a confirmation email from compu net at the place I arrived at I Beavercreek. I went to the urgent care place and was told they would have to charge me if I wanted to go there and do not schedule. I went back to Compu Net and called designated number and she again said I wasn’t scheduled. I read her my confirmation and she stated she had my order from the doctor but no appt. after a few chats back and forth, she would squeeze me in. I did get tested. But obviously something is wrong with the systems or employees are overwhelmed. The employee giving the test was very nice and we spoke of the issue. Not blaming her. If it is a system problem it must be fixed.

Beavercreek Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
