Didn’t get a summary of my visit. I thought maybe it would’ve been emailed to me after but it wasn’t. I called and asked but was advised I would have to come back up there instead. The online option was not available. That’s inconvenient when you’re sick and already home.

If the staff could cut out the noisy conversations with each other in the back then they could devote more time getting patients through in a more timely manner. Very impressed with Dr. Holly Graber.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

The woman that did my blood test at the UH health center on Lorain Rd. In N Ridgevile was awesome. Might be the best blood draw I've ever had. No pain and now no bruising.

We had to have blood tests for Jim’s doctor appointment next week. We walked in, quickly registered by friendly staff, and taken immediately for the blood draw. All the staff was awesome first thing in the morning and we were on our way in under 5 minutes. We like the electronic check in too.

Pretty easy and quick, especially when you book online. I was a little surprised I had to pay $50 for a Covid test. Thought that insurance or government would pick that tab up. Maybe it could be cheaper, as $50 is quite a bit.

I was lucky to come at a slow time. Clean place. Polite staff. And best of all …negative results! If I need to test again I will definitely come back😊

Came for a blood test. I was able to go right in and was on my way home 10 minutes later. The phlebotomist was friendly and caring and I felt very little pain.

The girls in the lab were very friendly and fast. I went in for a 3 hour glucose test and was expecting to have to be there closer to 4 hours. I walked out 50 minutes earlier than I expected. I could barely feel the needle as well so that's even better. Overall I was very impressed.

- Verified patient on 7/8

Everyone so nice. Bit wait time a bit excessive but perhaps that can’t be helped. Would def come back but not I for a covid test. Cvs much quicker and you stay in your car.

- Verified patient on 11/23

Needed a covid test for a play after CVS cancelled my appointment. The facility was very nice and clean. And the staff was extremely friendly.

- Verified patient on 10/11

Whoever drew my blood was very nice. Only came here due to my regular place couldn’t perform some of the test. I’ll be back to this site from now on no matter what blood test I need

Dr Thomas Wagner and his entire staff was amazing from start to finish! I was stressed coming in because I haven’t been to a Dr in years so I didn’t know what to expect honestly. The Nurse who checked me in and took my A1C test was kind, honest, and empathetic. Dr Wagner came in and talked to me and listened to my concerns and then came up with an easy to follow and understand plan of action to get us both what we need. Thank you so much Dr Wagner and staff for the wonderful experience. I’m so happy to be your patient.

Why can't other testing organizations produce the results that Health Express did for us? No M.D. orders needed; no health screening required; no 5 day wait time to get a test; results in 15 min. Wow!! These guys must be from Israel or something! Very grateful!

- Verified patient on 1/13

I always go to UH North Ridgeville for blood tests because Jodi is so nice and she makes it virtually painless - and I hate needles!!

- Verified patient on 3/10

I had a Chest X-ray and also a blood test and the two things combined could not have taken more than 15 minutes. No wait time for either and they both took me right in. This will be my place for testing from now on. Thank you.

Every time I have testing done at the lab I have been completely satisfied. And then the facility is so close to home it makes me smile when I head home. Well done!

North Ridgeville Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
