Didn’t get a summary of my visit. I thought maybe it would’ve been emailed to me after but it wasn’t. I called and asked but was advised I would have to come back up there instead. The online option was not available. That’s inconvenient when you’re sick and already home.

Needed a Tetanus shot after a minor accident. Scheduled an appointment with a different urgent care facility and mistakenly ended up at this location; after helping me to discover my error, the facility saw me within minutes, treating me right then and there. What luck! I am so grateful for their quality of care and rapidity of service.

I was able to schedule my appointment and  complete paperwork online so once I got there, check in was a breeze. There wasn’t a long wait time due to not many people there. I was treated promptly and swiftly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful which is comforting when you’re not feeling the best. Thank you!

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

The response above was for my C-Scan appointment. My blood test appointment at 9:45am was a disaster!! 12 ahead of me. I doubt that your Lab scheduler is aware of lab schedule procedure. It was a joke patients waiting out in lobby. 😱

In your lab there is a new policy a crazy manger is following is this:" if i call to ask giving out my complete credentials asking if I should even come for a lab test abd if a work order had been submitted my order" This crazy manager directed to his staff that per Hippo law ,they have can not tell me any thing. So. Should the patient just fast the day before not knowing even if they confirm to have my order? This is very reducolous rule really for a patience to have to go through. Pls have a reasonable procedures in place to navigate through the process with ease

Westlake Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed. If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.
