I had a uti.  I scheduled an appointment on my phone.  I uploaded my insurance card and my id with ease.  I forgot to fill out the paperwork on my lunch break so filled it out in the parking lot at AFC.  I checked in when I got there and my wait time was little to none.  I was in and out in less than an hour.  I was so impressed.  Thank you for the positive changes you guys have made.  The my nurse and CNA were very friendly and they seemed to care about my health.  This is another plus.  Again thank you!!!😊

Scheduling appointment was very easy. Check-in went well. Staff was very friendly. I got excellent care while I was there. The problem was after the visit. I never heard what type of infection I had per UTI. It is now nine days after I was there and I still have not heard. I was not informed as to how to get the results of my urine test. I was only given a three day supply of antibiotics being a transplant recipient I did call my doctor in New York to report that I had a UTI. She then prescribed a seven day antibiotic for me. I am still waiting for those results. Please notify me when you have them so that that infection can be recorded in my records here in New York this is very important for my health record. Thank you for your cooperation with this . Debra Haefner

About Perimenopause Panel Testing

Perimenopause Panel Testing is a set of tests that assess hormone levels in women who are in the transitional phase leading up to menopause, known as perimenopause. Perimenopause typically occurs in women in their late 30s to early 50s and is characterized by hormonal fluctuations and irregular menstrual cycles.

Who Should Get Tested

Women in Tallassee, Alabama, who are experiencing symptoms such as irregular periods, mood changes, hot flashes, and night sweats and are in their late 30s to early 50s should consider Perimenopause Panel Testing. The tests help identify hormonal changes associated with perimenopause.

Tests Included in Perimenopause Panel

The Perimenopause Panel typically includes the following tests:

  1. Follicle-stimulating Hormone (FSH) Test: To measure the FSH hormone level, which increases during perimenopause.
  2. Luteinizing Hormone (LH) Test: To measure the LH hormone level, which also increases during perimenopause.
  3. Estradiol Test: To assess estrogen levels, as they fluctuate during perimenopause.
  4. Thyroid Function Tests: To evaluate thyroid health, as thyroid imbalances can affect hormonal regulation.

Interpreting the Results

The interpretation of Perimenopause Panel Testing results involves analyzing hormone levels to confirm if a woman is in the perimenopausal phase and assess the severity of hormonal fluctuations.

Importance of Perimenopause Panel Testing

Perimenopause Panel Testing is important for:

  • Confirming perimenopause and its stage
  • Assessing hormonal changes for symptom management
